Irrelevant picture apart from @alphalete fulfilling my smurf dreams 🤩💙 much words incoming..
I wanted to talk about binge eating for a while but find it kinda hard to put stuff like this into words but I wanna at least give you someone to relate you if you struggle with the same🌻
First of all, if you binge eat (I know how HORRIBLE it makes you feel) and even though it seems it at the time, it doesn’t mean you’re a bad person, it doesn’t define anything about you or who you are, YOU’RE AMAZING OKK 👑 the next day you might feel a little bloated but that DOES NOT MEAN you gained fat overnight, it’s just water weight and sodium and your body will hold onto it for a short while but it’s temporary!! (Wear a baggy hoodie and throw a couple of peace signs around ✌🏼✌🏼 always helps)
I think part of my brain has always slightly over thought food- which doesn’t mean it controls me, just sometimes (I guess when I’m feeling anxious/more vulnerable) it gets the better of me, which SUCKS (and I’m not promoting binge eating AT ALL I’m just spreading awareness for some people that might need to hear it because it can be a lonely isolating place)
Something that helped me a lot was from my friend @k8.lifts (she’s amazing):
-normally you binge eat on foods that you subconsciously ‘restricted’ in your head, so telling yourself that you can have that every day of your life if you want to - then you don’t have the mindset of ‘eat it all now because I can’t tomorrow’
I know it seems like the worst thing ever at the time, but as long as it’s not happening all the time then just try move past it, onwards to the next day like you would any other day, don’t restrict yourself or try to make up for it with excessive cardio or anything as that can lead into a cycle of binges, it won’t make you lose all your progress from one night, WE ARE HUMAN AND THINGS HAPPEN AND NOBDOY IS PERFECT!! You have got this and you’re stronger than you think💖💖
And also just a few reminders
-food is just fuel for the body
-you don’t need to be a smaller version of yourself to be accepted or loved (people love you because of who you are, your laugh, smile and personality)😇

got a bit bored of my usual upper bod stuff so tried to mix it up and add a bit of chest??! (I KNOW, NOT LIKE ME🙀🤪) but I enjoyed this loads, so lemme know if you try it!!

FULL LEG DAY🤒
this had me sweaty x100000 😭 loved this one though, I hardly ever do just regular squats and was good for a change to challenge myself! I went heavy (for me) on pretty much everything in this workout which is why there’s not as many training systems but it was still TOUGH!! 💀
WORKOUT:
💥SUPERSET: (5 sets)
-Heavy squats x8
-Single leg hip thrusts x8 each leg
💥SUMO DEADLIFTS
-this was heavy for me so I did 5 sets of 6 reps but I’ll work towards getting 8 reps next time! (So aim for 8)🤪
💥GOBLET SQUATS
-5x10
💥SMITH MACHINE BACK EXTENSION
-5x10
💥SINGLE LEG PRESS
-5x10 each side

Getting up early is my new THANG (let’s see how long this lasts🤪🤣) I have soooo soo much more energy and positivity if I wake up early than I do if I get into the habit of staying up late then waking up late.. there’s just a weird calming feeling about it😇
Got my new job starting this week which means I have to start taking classes soon, scary stuff imagine me taking a fitness class 🤣💃🏼but I’m excited to have a job in something that I love (aka something that I can wear gym leggings in🤣)

My fave humans how are weee?!!!🤩 (still can’t nail the belfie game I’m sorry I tried) I’ve still been leaving my phone in my locker my whole workout and I am still #shoook (🤪) at how mad the difference has been, and also since my PT course I’ve been trying out all the different ways of training (gym geek lol😭) and just loving the gym so much atm, walking out in a hair flick mood (if u know what I mean) (like I BOSSED it) 💃🏼🤣 (most of the time) (waaaaaw I need to stop putting more words in brackets than I do out of the brackets lol I annoy myself) 💀

FULL BACK/SHOULDERS WORKOUT (long awaited) (told you i did upper body, SEEEEE🤪)
My new thing is a DROPSET, just LOVE IT, nothing makes me feel more accomplished than when you can’t even force one more rep (after I finished typing that I realised how sad it sounds but we’re gonna go with it lol)😭🤓
