Ingredients:
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, (divided)
4 cloves garlic, ((or 1 tablespoon minced garlic))
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, (chopped)
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 New York Steak strip steaks ((Porterhouse steaks))
Salt and pepper
8 ounces (250 g) shrimp (deveined, tails on or off)

Instructions:
Mix together butter, garlic and fresh chopped parsley. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Heat a large grill over high heat. Lightly grease grill plates with oil. Pat steaks dry with paper towel. Brush lightly with oil and generously season with salt and pepper.
Grill steaks for 4-5 minutes each side until browned and cooked to desired doneness. Spread half of the butter all over of steaks. Transfer steaks to a warm plate and let rest for 5 minutes.
While steaks are resting, melt remaining butter. Season shrimp with salt and pepper.
Reduce heat to medium and grill your shrimp for 5-6 minutes, depending not the size and thickness of your shrimp. Flip each one halfway through cook time and continue cooking until they turn nice and pink in colour while white and opaque on the inside.
Toss remaining butter through shrimp and serve with steak!

Chicken sausage one pan meal
mild sweet Italian chicken sausage
Red bell peppers
Onions
Zucchini
Instructions:
Slice your veggies and sausage.
Heat your pan with avocado oil, sauté your onions, peppers, and zucchini for 5-6 minutes, transfer to a plate.
In same pan add your sausage and cook a few minutes
Add back in the cooked veggies and mix.

TOMATO SPINACH SHRIMP PASTA

2 tablespoons olive oil
8 oz (220g) medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon smoked paprika or more, to taste
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon italian seasoning
4 roma tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
6 oz fresh spinach
3 cloves garlic, minced
8 oz (220g) pene or spaghetti
2 tablespoons high quality olive oil, optional
1. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to a large skillet, on medium-low heat. Add shrimp, red pepper flakes, paprika, Italian seasoning and salt in the skillet and cook on medium heat until shrimp is grilled cooked through, about 5 minutes. Remove shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
2. In the same skillet, add chopped tomatoes, chopped fresh basil leaves, fresh spinach, and chopped garlic. Cook on medium heat about 3- 5 minutes until spinach wilts just a little and tomatoes release some of their juice. Remove from heat and adjust seasoning, if needed. Cover with a lid and keep off heat.
3. Cook pasta according to package instructions, until al dente. Drain pasta and add to the skillet with the tomatoes and spinach. Reheat on low heat, mix everything well, adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Remove from heat.
4. Once pasta and veggies are off heat, add grilled shrimp back and drizzle with good quality olive oil just before serving, for an extra taste. Serve the shrimp pasta immediately, enjoy!

INGREDIENTS⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2 (24 oz) jars spaghetti sauce (try to find a version without any added sugar)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 lb thin spaghetti noodles⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 (15 oz) can chicken broth⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 lb ground turkey⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 medium onion, roughly chopped⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/2 t garlic powder⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/2 t salt⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/2 t ground pepper⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/2 t Italian seasoning⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 cup water⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
½ cup mozzarella cheese⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

INSTRUCTIONS⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Over medium heat, brown turkey in bottom of a large (12") braising pan or dutch oven pan.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Pour 1 jar of pasta sauce and chicken broth into pan. Break spaghetti noodles in half and toss with sauce and broth. Add tomatoes, onion, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Pour other jar of spaghetti sauce and 1 cup of water into the pan and turn heat on high.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Once it starts to boil, turn heat down to medium heat and let cook for 9-10 minutes (or until the noodles are al dente), stirring every couple of minutes so that the noodles don't stick together and it is evenly cooked.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Turn heat down to low and stir in mozzarella cheese. Let it cook over the low heat for 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is completely melted.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Scoop into individual servings and top with fresh parsley and shredded Parmesan cheese.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
