✈️ I've been traveling in Croatia for just over a week, but I still get the workouts done 💪🏾 .
20 minute HIIT (30s work, 10s rest):
🌱 6 high knees + 4 jumping lunges
🌱 3 press ups + 3 squat thrusts+ 3 plank jacks
🌱 2 jumping lunges + squat + burpee
🌱 Resistance band deadlifts or (if you don't have a band) half burpee into frog squat
🌱 Full burpee (add a tuck jump in the last round for extra spice). 🔄 REPEAT 5 TIMES!
🤸 Strength maintenance:
💪🏾 200 press ups (20 wide, 20 pike, 20 decline, 20 incline, 20 narrow, 5x10 tempo with a 4 second negative, 5x10 diamond)
💪🏾 5x20 squats
🕒 This workout took me under an hour to complete and now I can enjoy my watermelon and get on with my day! Do you guys train when you travel? If so what do you like to do?

Este pentru că nu au fost expuși succesului și încep orice ceea ce fac cu următoarele fraze: nu sunt bun destul, nu este pentru mine, nu am fost niciodată norocos, nu sunt atât de inteligent!😍

In life it’s natural to open your heart, but in doing that you feel more pain, but a life lived with no heart is a sad life.
The point is to deal with the emotions and pain that come with living with an open heart.
It’s always hard hearing a friend or loved one going through any sort of pain....You heal the emotions though and your heart; you heal your body, soul and mind.
You let your emotions just sit there and it’s a snowball effect...I would say with all this pain the emotions have actually built up a lot over time, and you haven’t really realised until now, or just kinda ignored it because you didn’t know how to handle them, or know what to do with them until a significant event like now happens and you no longer can. Sound like you...?
To transcend pain I meditate on the feeling, I sit with it, see where it feels in my body, concentrate on and scan the feeling, I then let go and by breathing through the pain in the parts of my body where it hurts, it releases. It’s a technique used by Buddhist’s monks that teach meditation to your everyday folk like you and me.
I also managed to stumble upon it myself before actually learning it through them.
We come into ppl’s lives because we either need them, or they need us, or both. But we always learn from one another.
I know it’s hard and it’s easy to say, but if you concentrate on the things that ppl taught you, rather than the people themselves, you don’t get too attached to the person and as a result, it’s less pain.
It’s about learning to be your own hero. If you make the most out of the ppl you do have, even though you aren’t as close to them, even though you may not like them that much; if you find ways to love and value aspects of ppl who are around you currently, your life becomes so much easier. The only way to do that is to spend time with the ppl you do have and get to know them...a lot of the time in life we are helped by strangers.
A lot of the time moreso than by the ppl closest to us.
Use the pain as fuel for motivation to do better, be better, just like you would at the gym. It’s a gift, you heal the parts of you that were missing. Smile guaranteed ❤️🍀✌️
