She is living proof that you can chase your dreams at any age!! Ness competed on her 46th birthday and placed in her bikini category.
. Her posing and stage presence were on point!! She lit up that stage like no ones business!! 🔥🔥🔥
I’m super proud of her achievement as she put 100% into her prep. We had set a particular weight goal that was lofty, yet in our sights!! We came a little shy, which gives us more push for next time to get to the goal!!! 💪🏻😈

I’d like to share my story of how I became confident to train in the gym...
This video was taken yesterday....
It’s me, training on my own, videoing myself, doing a 25kg push press...
All things that I would have never felt confident, or capable, to do when I first started training at a gym...
When I first started training I was in recovery from anorexia. I had gone from 72kg down to 45kg and was sitting at 83kg when I signed up (for the second time)...
I felt self conscious and was worried what everyone would be thinking about how I looked...
I was so afraid of people judging me...
Worried about performing the exercises wrongly or simply not being strong enough to do them (I had suffered from muscle loss during my illness and struggled to lift 5kgs over head for more than 5 reps)...
I longed so much to feel strong, capable and confident about training, and in my body in general!...
I decided that I was determined to make this work. I hired a trainer.
Someone that would be by my side and make sure I was doing everything right.
Someone that would have the knowledge to work around my weaknesses and turn them into strengths.
Someone that could help me to feel confident to be training alongside everyone else.
What I learned during my time with my trainer was exactly that and more.
I learned that I wanted to be able to help people too.
I wanted to be able to help others to feel capable, confident and strong.
Since then I have gone on to help 100s of people to begin training in the gym.
I have also helped those that were already training improve in their strength, capacity and confidence.
Some of my proudest achievements in life have been seeing my clients reach massive milestones...
Be it finishing the Rottnest Channel Swim or even reaching their first full depth squat...
I value the power in the journey to strength, capability and confidence as I have been there too.
