Best three exercise for glutes in my opinion and not at all complicated

As an Active Duty service member, fitness has always been a priority for me and my profession. However, with different work environments/schedules, kids, injuries and schooling, it seemed to slip the past few years on the priority list. I found myself in a place I wasn’t happy with and not accustomed to. 18 days ago I woke up and said I’m doing Keto and weighed in at 215, the highest I’ve seen on my scale. To date I’ve lost 13 pounds and feeling great. Keto diet has been the easiest diet out of the handful I’ve tried throughout my career. Although much of the norm foods are given up, we still get to eat badass food! I can’t wait to share the transformation. -
