4 x 5 @ 445 followed by dropsets to kick off back today! Last set not looking so bad... lightweight baby!! Random Tip: Been trying to grow my rear delts so I hit those at the end of back days that consist of lots of rows & I hit them at the beginning of my workout on shoulder days before I activate the anterior and medial delts. I’ve found this makes sure I am primarily using those rear delts and not other muscles. 💪🏻
