Just bringing some sunshine in my life (on this rainy summer day ☔) with this unexpectedly amazing fruit snack 😊
Papaya filled with a store bought plantbased coconut yoghurt. I mixed the yoghurt with fresh lime juice and maple syrup. Topped the whole thing with banana, kiwi, nectarine, strawberries and blueberries. Sprinkle hemp seeds on top and voila a 10 min. snack or dessert is ready 🤗

- Yeah😞... mine doesn't like cooking either.. 😂
So only healthy fresh fruits today😉:

💕 some fresh spinach
💕 almond milk
And I decorated all this with grapefruit slices and figs.. Beauty😍🤩!!

🌟Pasta w/ Cherry Tomatoe and More🌟

1/2 lb. pasta of your choice
1 T oil
1/4 red onion finely chopped
2-3 cloves minced garlic
1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes sliced
3/4 cup white wine or veggie broth
1 T dried basil
3/4 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 medium bunch kale removed from stem and chopped in 1 inch pieces and gently massaged for a few seconds with touch of oil
1 cup marinated artichokes, drained
3 T capers (optional)
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Garnish: Red chili flakes (optional)
1. Put pot of water on to boil for pasta.
2. Meanwhile, add oil to large pan over medium heat and once hot, add onion, stir frequently adding bit of water if pan is too dry along the way.
3. Cook 5 min, add garlic and tomatoes and cook another 3 min, careful not to burn garlic.
4. Add wine, basil, salt and pepper, stir, and raise heat if needed, to get bubbly. Then lower heat a bit to cook at a low simmer (just bubbly) for several min until liquid is reduced by half.
5. Add kale and artichokes, stir, put cover on pan, and cook another 1 min. Uncover and stir. Kale should be bright green and slightly.
6. Add sauce to cooked pasta and gently stir, adding capers and lemon juice.
7. Taste and add more salt/pepper if desired.
8. Serve and top with optional red chili flakes for some spicy heat!

Today’s Breakfast Elixir : Superfood Smoothie: DRAGON FRUIT (PITAYA) SMOOTHIE: 🍹😋🥗
Pitaya’s vibrant fuchsia color alone makes me happy! This exotic fruit is loaded with antioxidants. Give your body a boost of nutrition and hydration with this gorgeous Dragon Fruit Smoothie.😋🍹
🔺1 orange, peeled🍊
🔺1 cup peach chunks
🔺1 frozen dragon fruit (pitaya) pack
🔺1 tablespoon hemp hearts
🔺1/3 cup coconut yogurt
1. Add all the ingredients to the blender. Blend until smooth, adding more liquid if needed to turn the blender blade. Add more ice to make your smoothies thick and icy.

Indian Chana Masala Chickpea Curry - Truly Amazing! So many flavours and packed full of nutrients. I can still feel the disco in my mouth right now! .
2 cans of chickpeas
2 cans of chopped tomatoes
2 tablespoons of Avocado oil
5 cloves of garlic
2 small red onions
2 inch piece of fresh ginger
1 tablespoon of garama masala
4 teaspoons of cumin
1 teaspoon of chilli powder
2 teaspoons of ground coriander
1.5 teaspoons of salt
1.5 teaspoons of turmeric
2 teaspoons of honey
1 cup of quinoa .
Start by boiling the quinoa on a high heat in 2 1/2 cups of water for 15 minutes.
Chop the garlic and set aside.
Peel and finely chop both red onions.
Peel and grate the ginger.
On a medium high heat cook the garlic for 45 seconds, add the onion and sauté for a further minute.
Then add the ginger and continue to cook for one more minute.
Now add all the spices and mix together well.
Add the salt and then the tomatoes and cook for 1 minute.
Now add the honey and the chickpeas, reduce the heat to medium and let cook for 5 minutes.
Take the quinoa off the heat once light and fluffy.
Once the curry is ready serve with quinoa and

Its so easy to get caught up by opting for the lazy/crappy options at work or during our busy day to day lives, but all it takes is a little preparation and you’ve got yourself nourishing snacks of absolute goodness to enjoy throughout the week, if you don’t eat them all in one sitting that is! I wouldn’t blame you anyways, they taste like dessert and are insanely delicious. Enjoy 👍😋
Details: 1/2 cup cashews, 1/4 cup almonds, 1.5 cups medjool dates, 1 tsp lime zest, juice from 1/2 a lime, 1/2 cup coconut flakes.
Directions: Add the almonds and cashews in a food processor. Blend until the nuts are finely chopped. Add in the dates, lime juice, zest and blend further until the mixture starts to clump up. Shape the mixture into balls and then roll them in more coconut flakes to coat the outside. Store in an air tight container in the fridge.

🤤 CREAMY DREAMY HUMMUS 🤤
All you need is 3 minutes and a handful of ingredients to make the most creamiest and delicious hummus 😋😋😋
Serve with some crudités or spread it on some pitta, or even just dig in with a spoon like my husband 🤦🏽♀️ Whichever way you want to eat it, you won’t be disappointed!
Have a wonderful week ahead ☺️
▪️1 can chickpeas or 1 1/2 cups cooked chickpeas
▪️1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (1 large lemon)
▪️1/4 cup tahini @belazu_co ▪️1 small garlic clove, minced
▪️2 tablespoons (30 ml) extra-virgin olive oil, plus more for serving
▪️1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
▪️Salt to taste
▪️2 to 3 tablespoons (30 to 45 ml) water
▪️Dash ground paprika or sumac, for serving
▪️In the bowl of a food processor, combine the tahini and lemon juice and process for 1 minute
Add the rest of the ingredients and blitz until smooth.,
▪️Most likely the hummus will be too thick or still have tiny bits of chickpea. To fix this, with the food processor turned on, slowly add 2 to 3 tablespoons of water until you reach the perfect consistency

These contain NO cacao, but they still taste like chocolate brownies!!! 🤯⠀
Why do I omit chocolate?⠀
Because @medicalmedium has discussed its harmful effects.⠀
2.5 cups raw walnuts
2 cups medjool dates
1/4 cup @vimergy chaga powder
Splash of pure maple syrup
1 ripe avocado
1 tbsp @vimergy chaga powder
3 tbsp pure maple syrup
pinch vanilla bean powder
Process base ingredients in a food processor until a big,well-combined clump forms. If you continue to process for several minutes, the brownies will be nice and warm.
Take the brownie base and press into a small square dish,
Combine frosting ingredients together in blender until smooth. Spread on top of brownies in dish.
You can serve as is (warm & gooey) or you can place in the fridge for 1-3 hours first to get more formed (clean slices) before cutting into squares.
It’s a fine point that many people miss, & a lot of you have been asking me for more information about it.⠀
Even pure, raw, organic cacao acts as a neurotoxin. Although it does not directly feed pathogens, it is extremely over-stimulating & leads to adrenaline production.⠀
Adrenaline feeds pathogens more than anything! Even more than eggs, dairy, corn, & all of the other “NO foods”.⠀
Including it in the diet (even when you’re on a healing protocol in every other aspect) can inhibit healing progress.⠀
My suggestion to those of you trying to eliminate chocolate: replace it with CHAGA 🍄 ⠀

Pineapple soul bowl for breakfast on the eighth day of the Liver Rescue cleanse 👩🏼🍳 Ingredients:
2 bananas or ½ Maradol papaya, cubed
½ cup fresh, 1 packet frozen, or 2 tablespoons powdered red pitaya (dragon fruit)
2 cups fresh or frozen or 2 tablespoons powdered wild blueberries
½ cup water (optional)
