Have you ever seen a laboratory for pizza? Our crew got to check out modernist cuisines facility this past week. They are working on their new project modernist pizza. It was an amazing experience and we thank our tour guides Maggie and Caren for showing us where the science happens!
Have you heard the good news?! We're rolling out 4, yeah that's right FOUR, new menu items for this summer season. We have the prosser heirloom tomato, house bacon and caciocavallo cheese pizza which should be everyone's new fav. Burratta, herb Verde and prosser tomatoes. Yakima peaches with marinated cucumbers and olive relish. Lastly roasted prosper eggplant, fennel and herb ricotta.
