This was going to be a (fish) tale of two tacos, but my husband scarfed his down before I could get a pic (oh, the travails of being an Instagram husband!) so this is just my version. @thebetterfish barramundi on @onedegreeorganics sprouted corn tortillas with @organicgirl spring mix, pickled red onions, and avocado crema. My husband skipped the greens, but he added some of the homemade coleslaw I made for tomorrow’s dinner. This is how we make dinner work around here sometimes: I make something I know we both basically will eat and then just augment it to each of our tastes. Better than making two separate meals!
