Pulled this together for lunch today from my meal prep. Quick and easy, hearty and nutritionally dense. Not super pretty, but the avocado rose makes it special though, amright? Cauli rice with peas and carrots, sautéed mushrooms with coconut aminos, ground turkey and kale. Added the avo and a handful of @sietefoods new nacho grain free tortilla chips (these are REALLY good).
