This was the better part of my workout today. My car didn't share my drive to get to the gym so the gym wasn't an option, So I went out to my front yard and found the most sensible rock I could and got to work with it! I would do 5 minute intervals of this; Then head to my pull up bar and do sets of 10 strict and then hit the deck with sets of 20 push-ups, and back to another 5 minute interval of this hell. I did that for about an hour and 45 minuets straight and I was absolutely cooked. The point of this post is that life isn't always going to be on your side, Sometimes you're gonna have curveballs thrown at you!
