I knew I was going to have to get creative to use all the meat from the brisket we smoked yesterday. But then this literally came to me in a dream last night. Barbecue brisket “nachos” made on roasted sweet potato rounds, with a layer of @organicgirl baby spring mix, shredded brisket tossed in @thenewprimal’s Noble Made mustard BBQ sauce (this sauce is 🔥 and @whole30approved!). I topped it with diced pickles because, come on, who doesn’t like pickles with their barbecue?!
