Big bowl ‘o goodness right here. This is how I put my veggie meal prep to work for me today: a base of @organicgirl mixed greens (they’re under there, I promise!), broccoli, Brussels sprouts, carrot spirals, mushrooms and onions (leftover from my pizza yesterday). I just added sautéed ground turkey, a big dollop of @kitehillfoods chive almondmilk cream cheese, and a sprinkle of microgreens.
