I literally couldn’t get last night’s dinner out of head, so I recreated it tonight! I quick pickled sweet onions, toasted pistachios, supremed a grapefruit (that shit’s messy!), and made my own dressing (avocado oil, fig balsamic vinegar, grapefruit juice, and @tessemaes honey mustard). I served it with roasted salmon since @waynephillips is traveling (I try to get my salmon fix when he’s away!). So now my kitchen is more of a mess than usual, but it was worth it, for sure!
