Thank you to Chef Sarah and the @eatpre_ team for a great workshop. Not only did I learn how to cook a perfect steak, we made our own salad dressing, toasted pistachios, roasted shiitake mushrooms, quick-pickled red onions, supremed a grapefruit, and massaged kale for an amazing dinner. Now, the only question is...do I cook the ribeye they sent home with me before @waynephillips gets back from his work trip, or do I wait and share with him??!! 🤔
