Post-gym smoothie. I don’t usually go in for smoothies as a meal, but I was really feeling it today. @vitalproteins vanilla & coconut water collagen whey protein, frozen banana, small handful of frozen cherries, @califiafarms toasted coconut almondmilk, and @rxbar’s new vanilla almond butter (this stuff is seriously heaven in a nut butter packet!). Topped with @purely_elizabeth original ancient grain granola for a little chew at the end.
