I've worked with a number of professional headshot clients recently, and I love sharing their stories! After serving in the US Army for 4 years as an Intelligence Analyst, Josh moved to Connecticut so he could continue using those skills in the Insurance industry, and has worked for some of our larger agencies since. He now is currently serving as a Business Performance Manager with Traveler's. Best of luck in your new role!

A vacation is to some of us a luxury we can afford. What we all cannot afford is to take a vacation without insurance.-
VACATION INSURANCE is an important consideration during the free time travel planning process, and it covers the items most critical for your vacation. 🏖
Do you even think about vacation insurance when traveling? Most people do not. 😐
Vacation insurance provides various protection to travelers. ⛱
So proud to work for a Fortune 500 Company with such strong roots in the local community and a lengthy history of fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce. This marks the first year of Travelers’ participation in Concord’s PRIDE on the Plaza Event and I have to say, it was a great success! Can’t wait to start planning for next year ;) #TRVEmployee#TravelersInsurance#PRIDE
Out My Closet would like to acknowledge the Travelers Foundation, the charitable arm of Travelers, for their grant supporting our mission. Through their support, OMC was able to create a prom POP-UP shop for LGBTQ youth and conduct a POP-UP shop at an LGBTQ youth drop-in feeding program in Times Square, offering 12 garment racks and 6 shoe racks of clothing, shoes and accessories. Through this collaboration, OMC was able to reach a new benchmark exceeding 17.5K total articles of clothing donated!
Today, I’m at the Autism at Work Spring Summit at @microsoft. We started with Keynote speaker Robert Austin, business school professor, workforce diversity researcher and author of numerous books including “The Adventures of an IT Leader”. Now, listening to a roundtable panel presentation from individuals heading Autism@Work programs (last pic). I am learning a lot already about the history of these programs and where they are going. The keynote speaker, an academic at a business school, gave a really hopeful talk about how the paradigm is shifting in business and how this goes hand in hand with opening up this world to Neurodiversity in the workplace. The focus is moving from being all about cheap efficiency to more about quality and innovation, which not only allows for, but *demands* hiring folks who think differently. So, current questions are around *how* to best create systems and programs that work well for all involved. :)
