Avocado toast-ed biscuit... I whipped up homemade biscuits yesterday per my husband’s request. Ok, “whipped” is totally an understatement. It was actually a couple hour process (freezing, chilling, freezing dough at the different stages...total labor of love). But I’m taking full advantage all that work today! Toasted biscuit with avocado, sautéed mushrooms and onions, and topped with eggs scrambled with @kitehillfoods chive almondmilk cream cheese spread.
