Quick and easy breakfast after the gym this morning (emphasis on both quick and easy!). Mixed greens from @organicgirl, @usingers chicken apple sausages (best chicken sausage I’ve found with super clean ingredients and no added sugar!), @traderjoes petite tricolor carrots roasted during meal prep earlier this week, and topped with a quick sauce I whipped up from @tessemaes honey mustard, mayo, and a little coconut aminos (so much umami!)
@lisamaria623 I have tried more than my fair share of chicken sausage (mostly mediocre) and they are freaking amazing. They’re a small Milwaukee brand, but they sell them here in my regular grocery store.

LOVEEEE. Sometimes when I make chicken sausage, I stir fry it with zucchini and yellow squash. This meal sounds bangin though!

@bettereatingtoday YES!! I love them with zucchini too!! I try and keep extra pre-roasted veggies in the fridge during the week so I can just throw them in dishes like this. I had carrots so that’s what I used today.
