**BODYBUILDING/FITNESS MEAL** *INGREDIENTS* - 1 ONION - 2 FLAT MUSHROOM - 1 SMALL CARROT -1 SMALL RAW BEETROOT - 60g BROCCOLI - 2 CELERY STICKS - 80-100g PEAS - 100g CABBAGE - 3-4 GARLIC CLOVES - 500g LEAN BEEF MINCE - 2 OXO BEEF STOCK CUBES - GRAVEY POWDER - 400 g TIN TOMATOES *METHOD* Heat pot on high, chop all veg finely apart from peas.. add onion until soft then add rest of veg apart from peas, brown mince add oxo then tin tomatoes.. add peas a half cup of water with 2 teaspoons of mixed herbs salt and pepper reduce heat add gravy powder and thincken.!! Makes a very lean tasty low calorie meal packed full of veg protein and fiber.. serve with rice or sweet potato mash 🤤🤤 best part is with all the gravy you barely know all that veg is there and you can get away with a large portion for little calories.. I usually get 3-4 large servings from this and will keep in fridge for at least 5-6 days..
