How do you start your morning?
I drink my raw honey and apple cider vinegar, and head off for faster cardio. Come back get my protein in and my ketolean in.
Now break down:
ACV + raw honey for intestinal health
Protein isolate to give my body some nutrients until I can cook breakfast fully.
And ketolean is a non stimulate fat burner, so I can take my fat burner and preworkout plus what ever else caffeine I can macro in. You have to be careful with your caffeine intake!
