Average or Greatness??
I may not wear the coolest clothes in the gym (I don’t).
I may not have perfect form 100% of the time (I don’t).
I may not be the most fit person in the gym (Im not).
BUT, I can guarantee you I will be the hardest working person in the gym.
My goals don’t care about any of the above except for hard work.
I refuse to be average.
I refuse to settle for less than greatness for my life.
It’s gonna’ take lots of sweat, saying no to junk food, getting up early when I don’t want to, pushing myself to my physical limits, and staying focused when everyone else is slacking. BUT I will reach my goals regardless of setback or opposition.

I don't know why I got a new couch. Oh yeah, for my dogs. Lol
Melanie's wounds are healing. Her and Jazmine are still mortal enemies but as long as they stay seperated, they are both happy and loving.
Kind of how some relationships end. We get into something that really doesn't match up to us. There is an imbalance that causes tension and unhappiness.
Once we realize that there is no reason to continue, we can release and find our peace and happiness.
Dysfunctional relationships will make you someone you are not. You will act in ways you never thought possible.
I know 20 some years ago I was a fool behind a fool. I am so thankful my journey took me in a different direction.
Learning to find my self-worth and to love myself took work. I am lucky that I had mentors who inspired me to be myself.
No, I am not everyone's cup of tea but that's okay, I prefer coffee. I am strong, straight up, energetic and I go well with everything. But don't make me hot, I will scold you. 😁
Personal Development never ends. We are always changing and modifying who we are. Or at least, you should be.
I know I always see an area of myself that I want to improve on. In fact, I look for them and set goals. Then, I reach out to my own Coaches, who keep me steadying the course and help me meet my goals.
I don't just walk the walk, honey I speak the language.

Da bin ich wieder, ihr Lieben 🥰 ! (unbezahlte Werbung, da Logo sichtbar und Produktnennung) Gestern hatte ich leider keine Motivation für nichts, war müde und hatte üblen Muskelkater 😨.
Dafür war ich heute wieder fleißig und hab mein zweites FREELETICS-Training absolviert ☺️!
Irgendwie spielte ich seit einiger Zeit mit dem Gedanken nicht „nur“ zu laufen, sondern meine Fitness und vor allem Muskelkraft auch anderweitig zu trainieren.
Da ich echt motiviert bin, habe ich mir den Freeletics-Coach geleistet und muss sagen, es macht Spaß ! und ist recht hart.
Aber das wollte ich auch!
Lange Rede, kurzer Sinn: Ich mache nun beides, in täglichem Wechsel 🏃🏼♀️+💪=🆕 and 🆒 😅
