A glimpse of red-belted ocean-going ships is all I get, just before the bus stops at the port.
This was to be my last day on the Indian subcontinent, with the boat going from Kolkata to Southeast Asia. I was ready to leave and strolling around a bit to kill time, making my way through the hustle and bustle of the harbor. Ships were loaded and unloaded, a variety of goods were offered in small stalls and in the air hung, next to the loud noises which are peculiar to a port, the scent of wandering food.
Lost in my thoughts, I realized how someone in the dense crowd grabbed my shoulder.
I turned around and at first I was thinking, I admit to my shame, that someone was after my bag. To my surprise, however, was no one to see, so I looked around and while I let my eyes slip over the people, a sailboat grabbed my attention. Somewhat lost, it was offside, almost sinking amid all the big ships. On its belly was written, letters almost scraped off, ‘Prince of Andaman Islands’. #lettersfromgoyard#world#travel # #journey#water#sky#boat#earth#sun#sunrise#adventure#goyard#where#ever#you#go#ifollow
Ultimately, how I react to events is my only responsibility. That's a good thing because I can choose to feel good no matter the circumstance knowing that there is a plan that surpasses ALL others that is already written by THE most powerful SOURCE.
