🔹Where there’s a will, there’s a way🔹
I’ve always loved to travel. But once I started having babies and we ended up getting into a lot of debt, it seemed like I’d never be able to travel again. I would watch my friends take vacations, travel for work, or simply sneak off for a long weekend somewhere, and to be honest, I’d be jealous! •
One day, my husband and I realized that we wouldn’t have the money for our family of 6 to fly out of state to spend Christmas with our families that year...and suddenly...my WHY was born. I was not going to allow our financial situation to keep me from celebrating Christmas with my family! •
So instead of going into despair, I went to work. I found a way to make great money from home, while raising my 4 tiny kids. It was hard work, but so rewarding.
The saying is true—where there’s a will, there’s a way. And now, not only are we able to take trips to see our families every year, but we get to take several other fun vacations, weekend getaways, and work trips. This picture is me at my company’s conference last spring. I encourage you, sometimes It’s easy to look at someone else’s life with envy, but it’s much more fulfilling to FIND A WAY to make it happen for you too!
Back at home, cleaned the bathrooms, doing laundry, prepping to take kids to a birthday in the park, etc. Yesterday afternoon hanging with my love poolside on a comfy daybed, reading a book and enjoying a mudslide seems like a million minutes ago! (But the sore muscles from the 5k run remind me it was just yesterday!) #36hourminivacation#worktripscanbefun#imisssandiego#sunshinememories
