Tonight's ride was so fun! 22 of us rolled out from @mikes_bikes of Sacramento for a rip along the DWC. As always, the post-ride gathering at @bikedogbrewing on Broadway was filled with fun and frivolity. With days getting shorter, we've only got 2 more weeks of Tuesday Night Rides, so don't miss out!
Ok friends which would you pick?!?! .
👉🏻Rachel Zoe's box of style (evidently she is a big deal?🤷♀️) I must be missing out! .
👉🏻Fujifilm Mini camera .
👉🏻Bracelet with donation to our company's foundation .
👉🏻Cocoon tech Backpack
I’m leaning towards the backpack or box of style!! Practical vs Fun 😂
It’s so fun when these arrive at my doorstep! What would you choose?? .
Feeling so zen ☼🧘🏽♀️

If that’s not living my best life, I don’t know what is. Work/life balance is key & being able to work remotely is nothing but pure bliss! 🙏🏽👩🏽💻
Happy National Boss’s Day!!! The two I’m actually direct report for reminded me why I went into management in the first place and what I enjoy about it most. But then the team that I had the least time with and only a brief stint directly supervising surprised me also! It makes me happy that in that short time I made enough impact as they did with me that they remembered me today. Love my team! #lovewhatyoudo#nationalbossday#phc#workperks#mycrewisbetterthanyourcrew#thisisfun
When you're proud of yourself for remembering to take a close up process image but then realize you're wearing a black sweater and it just looks like a random floating hand 👌 Side game: Can you guess the logo?
Lady Liberty? Is that you? Still one of my favorite runs while traveling for work, too bad my pictures suck this time... (reminder: check photo before continuing run) #workperks

What do you do to manage YOUR work-life balance?
A big struggle facing the modern employee, is knowing when to switch off. Failing to create a healthy balance between the personal and the professional breeds negativity, which impacts workers and their teams alike.
To ensure peak productivity during the workday and make sure people are living their best lives at home, some tech companies are adopting strategies to help employees stay healthy and dodge stress.
At VMware it is not unusual for employees to take a gym break or practice dance moves between work sessions. Further to this, they are also passionate about cultural heritages and even arrange flexible work schedules for employees to allow them to plan for cultural events such as Diwali the Hindu celebration “Festival of Lights”. Over at the Fetch Robotics offices , employees find it important to take time out to increase their energy and creativity with different office games such as laser tag. Their family- orientated culture allows employees to look after their children, making it easy to be an employee AND a parent.
At Omnigon offices, perhaps a deep tissue massage in your lunch break? Ominigon plans exciting monthly outings, hold 5pm happy hours, and boasts a completely stocked pantry with weekly fresh direct deliveries!
At Orbispace while we don’t have the budget for in- house massages or extravagant work getaways, I find a flexible work schedule extremely valuable in managing my work-life balance . As I still have uni and other work commitments to contend with, being able to manage when and where I am working is invaluable. Additionally using tools like Monday which Anna recently implemented, helps to keep us focused on our work goals wherever we are working from! - Liz ☺
