Normalmente, se vedi una persona completamente assorbita dai suoi doveri e dai suoi problemi), frenetica stressata e compulsiva, stai vedendo uno di quelli che Gesù chiamava sepolcri imbiancati ed io automi.. Running is my favourite leg was my first love in the world of sport from a very young age and always has continued to be- something that has been a constant in my life every Sunday morning since I was a young girl is my long run Sunday - running doesn’t get easier for me because I will always challenge myself to be faster and better.🏃♀️
My favourite place to run is in the country in the hills exploring new places and feeling like you are losing yourself to nature and it’s amazing gifts it gives you... that feeling where you feel invincible away from the world and can just hear the beating of your feet and your heart beat.... this never gets old for me running is something that I continue to fall in love with, and my running shoes I feel know me better then anyone in this world. 🏃♀️💖✌🏻.

Hi there! Since the new year, we have a lot of new friends on Instagram so I thought I'd introduce myself to those of you who are new to me and Get Healthy U / Get Healthy U TV. I'm Chris Freytag and I'm a fitness fanatic! Notice I didn't say addict... because that was the past me. I have been interested in fitness my whole life and got into the fitness industry in 1989 teaching “dance aerobics”. I then became a personal trainer and a health coach. There was lots of stuff in-between--too much to write--I worked for Prevention Magazine for 12 years, Kare 11 NBC in Minneapolis for about 13 years, QVC for 6 years all while building a blog and making fitness VHS tapes and DVD’s. I LOVE education and have spent the last 30 years taking courses and certifications in health and nutrition. I’ve written several books and cookbooks over the years and taught continuing education to fitness professional for a decade.
In my younger years – I exercised super intensely and pushed my limits. I was a fanatic in many ways. But age has softened me and humbled me. I can do A LOT with my body but I’ve learned that over exercising doesn’t serve me. I’ve learned that my joints don’t love it when I over do it. I’ve learned some balance – balance in eating🥗, exercise🏃♀️, working💻 and having fun🍷. (Because yes, I’ve been called a workaholic too!)
Now my team and I offer free tips, information and recipes on GetHealthyU.com. We offer some free workouts and a paid membership for streaming over 200 workouts on GetHealthyUTV.com. We do LIVE workouts for our streaming members every Monday morning and my goal in life is to help women feel comfortable exercising at any age at any fitness level at home or at the gym. .
I have 3 fabulous kids – ages 26, 25, and 21. My husband of 29 years and I now just have a 3 year old golden retriever at home (Yes, Roxy has a underbite and a snagle tooth! She is perfectly imperfect!) 🐶 .

Ich träume meist sehr viel und groß,
gehe gerne Risiken ein und folge meinem Herzen.
Oft bin ich dadurch auf die Nase gefallen,
doch werde ich mich nicht ändern.
Fühl mich meist anders zu sein,werde nie der oft erwartete Vernunftsmensch...
Doch eins hab ich nie verloren,und das ist der Glaube in mich selbst❤️ Ich fordere mich gerne heraus,und weiß die Messlatte oft zu hoch zu setzen.
Meist gehts gut,doch oft auch nicht...Dann probiere ich mich einfach erneut zu messen✌️ Ich glaube,dass ich mich auch aus diesem Grund gerne für Wettkämpfe anmelde.
Es ist nicht nur die Motivation.Es ist nicht nur der Sport an sich.
Es ist viel mehr für mich!
Mich selber herauszufordern...Mich mental zu stärken,die Suche nach dem Nervenkitzel.
