Self love leads you to your soul purpose... I’m still finding my way there by re-learning to love myself...I’m currently practicing mirror work by Louise Hay and I’m really feeling it. Don’t be afraid to look in the mirror and tell the person in there that you love them, give them a wink and blow them a kiss.
If that’s too much too soon start by saying you’re willing to learn to love them and work towards it.
