If you’re ever in Colombia, make sure you go to Salento - it’s a great place to make friends with other digital nomads, and just chill out for a while (this pic is from where I stayed up at La Serrana Eco Farm). My plans to just disappear and stay in this small, super lush and green coffee farming town forever were unfortunately derailed by the fact that I am quite possibly the world's worst coffee farmer...
Spent the evening strolling around Ocean Dr checking out the scene and sunset before we head back to SA tomorrow! 🌇 For anyone that asked, every picture and video I took on my trip was taken with my IPhone Xr (minus the burger shot) I decided to give the camera and myself a break from lugging it around. 😊📱 #SAFoodieTravels
Sometimes you have to experience seasons of solitude to realize that you don’t need anyone else to validate, approve of, or complete you. YOU are all the validation & approval & completeness you will ever need ❤️ #TheSW

Cascada Pailon del Diablo in Banos de Agua Santa, Ecuador - headed here on my birthday last year, after I’d been to the Swing at the End of the World.
Last time I was in this town was a good decade ago - @gennadelsemme and I convinced our parents to send us on a Euro trip for our 21st birthdays, and part of it included a week on a boat sailing around Croatia⛵️ Still remember sitting by this very same fountain with Gen those many years ago, watching an old man play the violin with only a few people milling around the square (whereas nowadays it’s packed full of tourists), scouting out the old town walls and enjoying an ice cream in the searing Med heat☀️ Feels like ages ago... and oh how much can happen in ten years! #thinkingoutloud
spent the first day of summer celebrating Scarlett’s birthday, teaching workout classes, eating, swimming on a rooftop pool and spending time with family— what a treat! so incredibly lucky to have spent all of grad school with my best friend and sister
What a day at Riding Mountain National Park, Manitoba, Canada. 📷 + ✍️ by @wildwildwestphotography “This was a SUPER hard shoot for me, as I watched 12 people firing off their equipment at 2 Lynx Kittens that kept crossing the road, and because of my broken back, I couldn't join in on the frenzy & all I could do was watch, until....
One of the kittens came out of the bush were Cindy and I were parked, a good 60' from where it had entered.
Sooooo, I was in the passenger side parked east on an east west road, and the kitten came at us from the north (drivers side) heading south, which had my head spinning for sure.
Now remember, I have 2 fractures in my back and I can't just hop out, so I very slowly slid out from the truck, all the while freaking out that I wouldn't slip on the iced up road.
Anyways i could go on and on because I'm still pumped all to heck, and even though I had to shoot using my truck door to steady my gear, not to mention that I broke all laws by shooting over the hot hood of my truck re hear blur, I still had the time of my life.
This kitten would be approximately 9 months old and I hope you enjoy him as much as I did.” 🇨🇦
