I have a lot of clients that either travel to London for vacation or do a couple days of layover in London on their way to their travel destination. I am always asked what I would recommend they do during their time there, so I thought I’d share with you this week a few of my favorite things to in London and also a few that I found during some research.
It’s time for the first 🌞sun rays along river Drava. Don’t miss years biggest supermoon 🌙 tomorrow (February 19). In addition, a full moon Nordic walking tour will be organised to Pohorje. The participants should have specially designed walking poles or ski poles.

How to stay motivated to workout:
°Write down your goals. (What are you looking at getting done)
•Figure out what you need to do to get there. (what kind of workouts)
°How many days are you going to workout? (How long for as well)
•How many times a week do you need to do certain body parts to get to your goal? °What days are you going to do each kind of workout? (Some body parts may need more than one day)
•Now plan your kind of workout on each day. (Bi, tri, shoulder, chest, back, legs, abs, cardio) °Break down what kind of workout for that body part you're going to do. (Type of workout, time, weight, reps, and sets) •Do this either the day of the workout, night before, or week of. (If you're newer to working out dont overwhelm yourself by doing the whole week of unless you're ready and motivated to do it) °It is harder to talk yourself out of working out if you have it wrote down! •Now remember this is a plan and plans can and will change it's about getting the idea and plan going. You're less likely to go if you dont have a plan or idea of what you need or want to do. °I do the plans and go with them already in my phone and I follow it very closely. I usually over plan and dont end up doing all of them (I'll delete some and add some usually when there) it's the plan that counts! Plus when you walk in with the plan or idea of what you want to do you dont feel overwhelmed, which is a huge reason why people give up! •I am not an expert I am only sharing what has helped me get going and I still use it 4 years later! °I am including how I start the idea. Then the app I use (if you dont have the app or dont want it just wrote it on paper that's how I started I had a journal and pen I brought and wrote down everything what workout how many reps and sets and weight I did. Then upped to an app.

Would you know how to help in this situation? ⬇️ Anything that interrupts the normal connections between nerve cells in the brain can cause a seizure; this includes a high fever, low blood sugar, alcohol or drug withdrawal, or a brain concussion. Under these circumstances, anyone can have one or more seizures. However, when a person has two or more recurrent unprovoked seizures, he or she is considered to have epilepsy.
Diagnosing a seizure can be tricky. Seizures are over so quickly that your doctor probably will never see your child having one, that's why your description of the seizure is important to help your doctor with the diagnosis. Also, you may want to keep a video camera handy so that you can tape your child during a seizure. This may sound like an insensitive suggestion, but a video can help the doctor enormously in making an accurate diagnosis.
WHAT TO DO:
🚩Call for ALS/initiate rapid transport
Monitor ABCs (do not stick anything in their mouth)
🚩Protect the patients head from any trauma by removing tables/ chairs and placing a pillow under their head
🚩If you have discussed use of rectal medication (for example, Valium) with your child's doctor, give the child the correct dose as directed
🚩Allow patient to finish seizing ⚠️ This video actually demonstrates the application of CBD as a treatment for seizures which is currently not part of our protocols and is not advised.
