Remnants from when your 1.5 yr old is rummaging through a cupboard, comes across a mouse trap (😖, I know) and you freak out while holding a @hornstrafarms milk jar! Was one of the many “moments” of today 😑🤪🤷🏼♀️ #motherhood#parenting#whataday
Hope. God’s promise. How beautiful is this double rainbow? Something profound and magical is happening in my life right now and I can’t deny how strongly I feel God/Jesus in every fibre of my heart. Today God surprised me, showed me another layer of his love. Through my journey of life I’ve learnt that when we truly open our hearts, it’s amazing what goodness comes in. We are never alone, we are always guided, the question begs do we slow down and open our hearts enough to listen? It takes courage to strip away your ego, yet when you realise it’s okay to crack (the ego) as that’s when the light gets in... The ego serves only to protect us of course, but from what it tries to protect us from is often only conditioned beliefs that hold no real underlying value. What I’ve found helps to crack the ego is to 1. Realise you have one 2. Realise it’s okay to admit as we ALL have one and 3. Realise there is POWER in vulnerability and admitting to your faults and weaknesses, made easier by realising we ALL have them just under different guises. There is no shame, as we all have different gifts and strengths we all have different things we have to work on, hence there is never any judgement. Anyway, remember above all, God LOVES you, we are all imperfect but perfect in his name and never ever underestimate the importance of showing love, kindness and compassion towards others. An act of kindness from someone can literally change your life’s trajectory as it did mine. And remember, smile xxx There is always HOPE xxx 🌈🌈 #whataday#whatamorning#jesus#god#blessed#believer#wellness#spiritualwoman#spiritual#health#fitness#nature#bodybuilding#gym#faith#wellbeing#hope#healing#doublerainbow
« Have you seen that dog? » that’s the question my pawrents asking during 2 hours in the neighborhood because I ran away from the garden. And finally when my mum was at the police station with her friend my dad found me. I was in a garden far away from my place. It was the hottest day of the week 35°, my grandma and auntie came to help too and vets already shared my picture. My mum was totally broken... but I’m back at home safe, thank you Daddy for finding me 😌♥️
or when you’re in an intense texting conversation and you take a screenshot to send to your bff but accidentally send it right back to that person 😳😂
i don’t know how, but i’ve done this at least 3 or 4 times in my life 🤦🏻♀️😅 ——
when we label experiences as good or bad we are officially moving into that state.
frustration, resentment, or cynicism will only attract more of what feeds into that vibration
aka when it rains, it pours... right?
of course the day your boss makes a negative comment about your project is the same day...
your salad dressing spills all inside your bag
you miss your train home by a minute
you leave your credit card at the grocery store
how we choose to label our experiences affects how we react, and how we react affects what ultimately shows up
next time you’re in heated moment, try to this...
1. imagine you’re an alien
2. watching a reality show about humans
3. and just observe the situation objectively
4. let me know how that goes 💬👇🏼
