Sometimes to get your body, and more importantly, your mind right, you need to indulge. One meal won’t ruin months or years of hard work but “treating” yourself too often can cause set backs or lack of progress. What’s your favorite guilty pleasure when it’s time to refeed?! 🍔🍟 #whataburger#refeed
If you've never questioned your diet and you blindly everything you see on TV or on billboards, just know that you're being lied to. There is NOTHING healthy about eating eggs, bacon and toast with milk or fake orange juice for breakfast... It's a recipe for digestive issues, diabetes, high cholesterol and mucus build up... The body requires simple carbohydrates from fruit.... Not a bunch of greasy, hard to digest flesh foods and cow titty milk.... #WAKEUP
Wylie said that Bannon's plans began to solidify in 2014, when Cambridge Analytica consulted various Republican campaigns and PACs ahead of the midterm elections. The company began to test and apply its psychographics by using Facebook data to model individuals' personality types in order to understand how to influence them.
Documents show the John Bolton Super PAC, which promoted candidates supported by recently appointed White House national security adviser John Bolton, paid Cambridge Analytical $454,700 in 2014 for "behavioral microtargeting with psychographic messaging." Those services included strategies that broke individual voters into "clusters" based on what messages would resonate with them.
Wylie also said the company used focus groups and messaging trials in 2014 to test some of the concepts that became core themes of the Trump campaign, such as "drain the swamp" and imagery of walls. "A lot of the narratives of the Trump campaign were what we were testing in 2014," Wylie said.
He added that Bannon directly presided over much of the company's initial research. "Everything that we were doing ultimately had to be passed up to Bannon for approval," said Wylie, who left the company in late 2014.
Wylie said Bannon would fly to London about once a month for company meetings, and during that time he came to understand Bannon's ideology. "He really liked the idea of using a military-style approach to changing people's perceptions," Wylie said.

Aber schaut euch erstmal das Ergebnis an!
Liebe Grüße Ani 😊

PALEO FLATBREADS possibly the best lifesaving recipe of all time, brought to you by popular demand! If you are #glutenfree#dairyfree#paleo#vegan#grainfree#lowcarb then this is for you! If you like something #quick#yummy and #easy to throw together next time you have #soup or #dhaal or #hummus, this is for you. In fact this is just for you xxx. 60g coconut flour. 2 tablespoons psyllium husks. 1 teaspoon baking powder. half a teaspoon salt. 250 ml boiling water. 40g coconut oil or 40ml olive oil. Flavourings of your choice eg chopped fresh herbs, cumin, garlic, chili flakes. OR you can try something sweet: raw cacao powder (added to dry ingredients), honey, maple syrup (added to wet ingredients). Put dry ingredients in a bowl and combine thoroughly with a wire whisk. Add the oil to the boiling water in a jug and pour into dry ingredients in a whoosh. Combine quickly with a spoon. The water will be absorbed very fast to make a smooth dough (depending on your psyllium, you may need to add a splash of extra water). Divide mixture into 4 equal balls and roll each one flat between two sheets of grease proof paper. Dry fry the flatbreads one at a time in a very hot pan or griddle. Cook for approx 2 mins on each side until brown and slightly puffed up. Serve. NB: there is a LOT of fiber in these babies, so drink plenty of clean water.

Exercise has loads of benefits we know about for our physical health.
But we often forget how important it can be for our mental health and congitive function.
The second graphic shows this perfectly while the first one shows some people exercise because it makes them happy...... don't judge people as being superficial because they like training.

Back to basics.
Back to the drawing board.
Getting ready for 2019 for me meant a big sigh, a huge letting go, to create a juicier platform for new beginnings, for more space in my schedule, for more devotional self-love (less selflessness, my chronic weakness), more obeying of my intuition and my gut, more honouring of my time and space, and of course, more ritualistic living. Basically, creating the space, and trusting the process; putting to practice what I teach.
Whatever the planets are doing, it sure is enforcing a big expansion in and around me (um, hello Jupiter?). I don’t have the details but it sure feels like next level epic plug into the cosmos.
Watch this space as more clarity lands in the visions I’m holding space for, as the identification with conventional labels and roles slowly evolve and be reborn. (so much more than just a yoga teacher or a massage therapist, right!)
Ideas are aplenty. I’m excited to actually have put myself first for a change, and made sweet space to execute and deliver on some of these golden opportunities that are being channelled more and more frequently.
Ever grateful for the winds of change.
Ashes to ashes.
Dust to dust.
And so it is.
And so we go.
Actually leaving the gym right now looking the complete opposite of this.. so here’s a more put together picture😅

My word for 2018 was vulnerability, and let me tell ya - it was a challenging one to live by. I can tend to be a very self-sufficient and strong-willed person, so I always equated being vulnerable with being weak. Embracing vulnerability required me to basically do the opposite of what our culture has shaped me to think - that I need to keep my guard up, act like nothing bothers me, and appear to be strong, confident and mysterious at all times. When I began to more frequently practice vulnerability, both here on HB and in my personal life, I realized that it’s actually the furthest thing from a weakness. To be vulnerable is one of the most brave, confident things you can be. Of course it can be scary to let your guard down, especially when there’s the risk of being judged or hurt, but some of the most beautiful things in life can only be accessed when true vulnerability takes place. I’m so thankful for the countless moments, connections & experiences I’ve had this year that wouldn’t have taken place if I didn’t swallow my pride and allow myself to “go there.” On that note, scroll down for one of my favorite quotes - I think you’ll love it 💎 #HungryBlonde#VulnerableBlonde
“You ruin your life by desensitizing yourself. We are all afraid to say too much, to feel too deeply, to let people know what they mean to us. Caring is not synonymous with crazy. Expressing to someone how special they are to you will make you vulnerable. There is no denying that. However, that is nothing to be ashamed of. There is something breathtakingly beautiful in the moments of smaller magic that occur when you strip down and are honest with those who are important to you. Let that girl know that she inspires you. Tell your mother you love her in front of your friends. Express, express, express. Open yourself up, do not harden yourself to the world, and be bold in who, and how you love. There is courage in that.” Bianca Sparacino

I woke up naturally this morning from a solid 9 hours of sleep. No alarm, no city noises, just a view of nature out the window. I got up, made some tea and sat outside in my pajamas, beanie and wool socks. The sun was shining on me and the air was a crisp 37 degrees.
I closed my eyes and for a few moments my thoughts stopped. When I opened them I was overcome with emotion.
The less I think the more I know. I feel connected to a power greater than myself. I feel nature all around and in me. The fresh living juices cleansing and strengthening me. The air oxygenating my body. The sun boosting my energy and feeding my mitochondria. My 6 senses are growing in strength and the multitude of thoughts that bound me for so many years are dissolving away.
I feel unconditional love for everyone in my life, past and present because I realize they have all granted me a great gift; the opportunity to grow, to find my true essence, to love myself, to love others and to forgive.
Quanto a situação for boa desfrute-a.
Quando a situação for ruim transforme-a.
Quando a situação não for transformada, transforme-se ... Deus tem sempre um plano. #acredita BOS NOITEEEEE 😘

Though the saying goes that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, what you choose for lunch can be equally as important when it comes to maintaining your energy levels and focus.
If you feel like your midday meals are leaving you ready for a nap or hungry a few hours later, there are a few easy ways to change this. To help with that mid-afternoon slump, your lunch should include a healthy fat, like avocado, olives, nuts, or seeds, and a protein source (either plant or animal). Both can play a big role in helping to maintain energy levels throughout the remainder of your day.
And to help stave off hunger until your next meal, add in a starch like potatoes, squash, quinoa, brown rice, or whole-grain bread.
I was recently given the opportunity to rate a few @healthline employee’s lunches, based on three different categories: nutrition value, how processed (or not!) their meal was, and how much energy their choices provided them. Each category was given a rating of one to 10, one being the lowest score and 10 being the highest. The higher the rating, the better.
Check out how they did and learn about some of my tips for making your next midday meal both delicious and more nutritious by reading the whole article linked in my bio 👩🏼🏫👩🏼🌾👩🏼🍳 #article#lunch#healthline#nutritionbynathalie#allgoodeats
