My Weight loss progress🥰
Since mid august i have lost 30kgs
I cut starchy foods, Wheat and heavy dairyout of my diet and added workouts to my weekly routine.
The people around me noticed fast changing results with me and my mood. Not untill i found the photo on the right i didnt notice any big changes with myself untill comparing them two photos together, i did notice small changes with myself but didnt think the result was that amazing! Im beginning to learn how to love myself after many years of self doubt and low self asteem.. This is only the start to my healthy new beginning to my new chapter of life.

And a big thank you to everyone who has helped me out along the way, giving me motivation to better myself and to giving me stregnth to not give up.

6 years difference... 2 different people on the inside and out...
This is my amazing client @amerskelly and transformation photo.
Amy came to me looking to get ready for her wedding in April. I've known Amy personally for a while now so I was humbled that she asked me in the first place.
Amy transformation is outstanding and has been a pleasure to train and she has never missed a session.
Amy had previously used various diets and slimming world and had hit a plateau with these. Our main thing was to work on her food and her food choices.
One of the biggest things that we made sure of was that Amy was still able to have a busy social life.
I'm excited to see where we can get Amy to over the next month's before her wedding. Exciting times ahead in 2019 for Amy and her fiance.

Early this year, I lost control of myself and ballooned to a hefty 200 lbs. When I saw this, I was practically inconsolable and I bawled like no one's business. But while it was devastating news, it was also a wake up call. I knew I had to do something and so I did my best to take over the reigns of my out of control eating and did something about it. Had to say goodbye to sweets and say hello to vegetables and exercise. I have since dropped a dress size and while I'm still far from my ideal weight, I have my eye on the prize and I'm not looking back. This is a fun time for all of us, *fitness fanatics listen to me* you don't have to go diet crazy. This took me a long time to learn, especially since I was constantly faced with pressure from “gurus” to lead by example and start up diet challenges during holiday seasons. 🤮 This is why, tip #3 is BE PICKY, BUT EAT WHAT YOU TRULY LOVE 💕
When you attend those office parties or family get togethers, you can stay in control. There will be a lot of snacks to choose from and what I would suggest is to avoid the typical every day snacks such as the chips, pretzels, candy, and take a bite out of your favorite holiday themed treats. For me, these are cinnamon rolls. We only have these during the biggest holidays but I stay in control. I’ll take just a
few bites (or try to) or share one with my wife and that’s it. So, pick 1 or 2 of your favorite holiday time treats and cut off a small portion to keep your caloric intake in control, this will help you in maintaining your weight during the season. Enjoy 🤗
Who got tired of being the fat, unhappy, angry, overthinking and cowardly person? Me.
If course I will backpedal sometimes but not today.
I didn't get to gym because 1. I had to be home for some plumbing repair. Real house plumbing @lavyladybug, I know what you are thinking. 2. It was raining but! I did my workout at home and had a pretty good session.
I can truthfully say I can eat food better than I can sing songs. My key is flat, nose is flat, my chest is flat.. Maybe my stomach will be too. Maybe? Of course it will be... Reasonably flat. Good enough for me. Loool

This journey doesn't have to be all about the pain I've suffered or currently suffering. I don't think dwelling on past mistakes is healthy. Acknowledge and learn from them. Choose the path you haven't taken. Open new doors. Keep your arms open and embrace new experiences as they happen. Life is meant to be lived! Stand up to debilitating thoughts. Free yourself from all that hold you back.

I have been prodding myself to make a post for the "weight obsessed" populace and rightly stumbled upon this picture by @The_fitness_dietitian.. 🤗
⚖️Many people fail to understand the difference between the terms #weight loss and #fat loss and use them interchangeably. Please understand that your weight is a number which comprises of fat mass, #muscle, bone, #water etc...☝️ ⚖️If you're looking at losing fat, you need to worry about your #bodyfat% and not your weight... Weight can fluctuate especially during the time of #periods or after a heavy meal, etc.,.. 😀
⚖️For example, #bodybuilders 🏋️ might look hefty and weigh 85-90 kilos🔎 on the scale but their body fat % may be somewhere between 7-10%😮, please understand that the true story lies within... If you want to know the true story, get one of the many #bodycompositionanalysis available to know more about your body #fat% and #leanbody mass.
Your body can change as long as you change your mindset.
The reason I do what I do is because I strive to show younger girls or females in general is that people’s opinion of you doesn’t matter. The only opinion that matters is the one you have for yourself. So stop letting other people’s insecurities into your own heads. Let them say whatever they want, just make sure you don’t believe it because as I always say, it’s only a reflection of how they see themselves. People’s negative comments have NOTHING TO DO WITH YOU but all to do with their own insecurities. That may be true for those haters out there who are unhappy with themselves but that doesn’t have to be real for you.
Hahaha I found this photo of myself from when I was in Highschool and I remember how unhappy I was here. I had such a low self esteem because I believed them. If anyone has told you that you’re not going to make it, I’m here to tell you that’s not true. DON’T LISTEN TO THEM, YOU DON’T NEED TO BELIEVE PEOPLES LIES. I’m here to encourage you to go after what you want in life. Everyone has the capabilities to get what they want but often are capped by the capacity they’re wanting to go at, which are things like your environment or negative people. You can choose what you let in or leave out. Let small minded people talk about you because that’s all they can do.

Las papas las hice en el horno por 25 minutos a 425ºF y tienen un sazonador de ajo que trae diferentes especias. El pollo es a la plancha sazonado con sal de ajo, pimienta y paprika. Los ejotes los hice al vapor y luego con aceite en spray. Lo que tienen las papas es cholula🌶

BREAKFAST: 50 g feta cheese🧀 half avo 🥑, 100 g baked beetroot, 30 g walnuts, bell pepper, dried tomato, fresh tomato 🍅 one egg 🍳 50 g hummus
SNACK: 2 tbsp PB 🥜1 fruit of choice 🍏🍊🥝🍌
LUNCH: 100 g ( cooked) pasta, tuna, 100 g beet, half avo 🥑arugula, 1 tbsp olive oil half carrot 🥕
DINNER: Cauliflower mash ( 250 cooked with butter/ parmesan cheese=> blend=> add salt=> done 😁) + veggies& pork roast
Wooooo, I’ve been waiting to post this one!!!! I feel like I have put in enough work to compare these side by side. The picture on the left was a digital that was taken when I was signed with Wilhelmina models. I had actually been working out at that time but I wasn’t too concerned about the way I looked because I photographed well. Shortly after that, I stopped working out for about two months and that’s when I felt all the effects of not living a healthier lifestyle. I knew I was gaining weight because even my comfortable clothes weren’t fitting me! I also felt very irritable and lethargic. I was truly disgusted by my own self. Genuinely, I was repulsed by the way I looked but mostly by how I felt!....I know that seems over obsessive but I have always had insecurities around my weight and how I looked. The insecurities are deeply rooted. No matter how much weight I lose, no matter what my body looks like, I will always have a little bit of that insecurity in the back of my head....but it’s okay, at least it will keep me humble 😂. By the way, that is normal! I have friends who have gone on fitness journeys as well and they will tell you that no matter how much you have progressed, you will always have a little bit of that insecurity. This is why I stress the idea of self love! If you are working towards bettering yourself start with self love and acceptance first because once you start physically changing, the process will become so much more enjoyable. We just have to accept each stage we are on and focus on the things we love about ourselves! I genuinely am so much happier with my body and a million times more comfortable. I support any and all ways to self love! Do what you have to to feel your best!
