A little night #cardio to end off my day! 🏃🏻♀️ I was feeling pretty good at the 20 minute mark, so I kept going! 🤗 I haven’t done four miles in a while, so I’m feeling pretty good...and proud! 🏅

Year 2, and I've made.....very little progress. Actually that's not entirely true, but all I did for the first month after moving was eat pizza and drink. Still hovering around between 187-195lbs from 211 this time last year (so 267>~187lbs since 2016); also down a solid 10" off my waist from when I began in 2016 (42">32"). I'm also retiring the old pose in exchange for JoJo's Bizarre Adventure poses, because I can.
I was 1 pound away from 150lbs! I am only 5’0 feet! I could feel the weight on my body and I started noticing i was breathing heavier. I just got married and I didn’t feel sexy. So I started running again, I started cutting my meals in half and I started seeing a difference on the scale. I plan on losing another 25-30 lbs and living a healthier life. I need to take care of my body so my body can take care of me. If I can make a change and start seeing results, I know other people can too! You have to really want it and you have to learn discipline. It’s not easy.. but it’s possible!
315 lb deadlift. In the first video I weighed 135 pounds. In the second video I weigh 160 pounds and was able to pull the bar up almost halfway. 7 months in between and to me I should’ve been able to do this lift monthsssss ago. So now I’m focusing on this deadlift. 315 in 2 weeks, and you guys will have the video here once I do it
If you are feeling like your #weight has spiralled so far out of control, you are so #obese & think of the word #fat 24/7...you hate the very sight of yourself...you feel like you should just give up, because why bother ... I want to encourage you to #nevergiveup
I never dreamed I would get to where I am now. I am no different from any one else, but i have crazy #motivation & a fierce desire to achieve #goals
You are SO capable & i believe in you 🖤
This post is going to be for the future me. In this photo I weighed about 205, it was a cut that went bad and I lost too much muscle. I weight about 225 now with much more muscle than what I had in this photo.
I would LOVE to get down to 195 but it’s a process and a long grind, especially if I want to keep a lot of muscle. Yes there will be cheat days or cheat meals but that’s to keep me sane, not to make me insane by dieting too hard.
The cut I just started yesterday is so far so good. If I want to have the PowerBuiding physique I desire, then I need to do this cut right.
Goodnight Instagram fam❤️.
A little #mondaymotivation for when times are tough, “Just keep swimming,
Just keep swimming,
Just keep swimming swimming swimming,
What do we do we swim swim swim” 🐠 Cannot believe this is 6months difference 😱 Can you spot the difference?
