#nonscalevictory bought a new jumper in Asda’s half price sale. I absolutely love it and it’s a SIZE 12. I can’t believe it. I jumped the bullet and went for a smaller size. It’s a tiny bit tight at the sides but other than that I can’t believe I actually fit into a 12. Last year I was the girl buying size 18s. If you believe in yourself then you can do it. 💖

Ginger helps sooth your stomach and is an amazing anti inflammatory. It helps stops bloating and I also recommend it if you have a sensitive tummy. The way you make it very simple. .
HOW TO MAKE GINGER SHOTS:
Buy a couple of medium sized ginger roots. Wash and peel them. Cut them in half. Put into a string blender. Pour a shot and drink. If you can’t stomach it add a little honey🍯 I don’t add any to mine. . •
EXTRA TIP: Pour the rest into little containers and keep them in the fridge. Drink a few shots a day as needed. .
DIRECTIONS FOR SLIMTEA: .
You can also add a little quarter sized chunk of ginger to your tea. This is how. Add the tea bag AND ginger chunk into a pot of 1 cup of water (6-8oz) and boil for 5 minutes. Let it cool, then drink it. You can also eat the chunk of ginger to help a sour stomach. I eat it. Also, random tip: The longer you boil your tea the stronger it gets. Don’t boil it longer than 10 minutes tho. It will evaporate😫😱
Yes... I know this is my fitness and weight loss page but.. Look, food right? I'm gunna be honest with you all here, I love food. All food. I know I'm not alone here though, otherwise food wouldn't be such a big part of life (and I wouldn't be such a sizeable part of that life). Today was not a healthy day, but honestly I think that's okay!! It's a journey right, and sometimes on that journey you need to take just a little break, just a day. If it's all restrictions and counting and exercise and a full blown full time hate for yourself and the motivation to be changed... It gets tiring. A break can be good. Reset where you're coming from and where we're going to. So yeah, tomorrow is back to the health food and gym, today was all the fat, all the carbs, all the calories and all delicious. .

I recipe tested today and made homemade blackened tenders with blackened ranch and green beans. The tenders were a success but the ranch needs some adjustments. I'll get them both on the blog as soon as I can. Such a yummy dinner! 😋
