In other words, you have to do something different to get something different. You are the limiting factor of your success! Luckily, all it takes is you to make the decision and make a change!

Unsustainable lifestyle vs sustainable lifestyle by @starathletes_
Your lifestyle can work in your favour .. or decrease the chances hitting your goal.
Something that is sustainable means .. it's healthy as a pattern.
On the other hand .. Something unsustainable is predicted to crash, just like a car with 3 wheels on the highway.
The same goes for your schedule you either have one that gives you the energy you need, just like the Kinetic Schedule, or one that drains energy from you.
Latter is like a light bulb .. that soon is burnt out and then turned off .. forever.
One reason your schedule isn't the way you like to, is because you are tolerating too much.
Too much for others and too little for you.
As you read this post, I want you to open your calender and give a brief feedback on your life.
Can you really continue this lifestlye for the next 5, 10 or 20 years?
If yes, then that's great. You are the 5%.
If not, it's time for a shift .. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
You don't have to throw everything overboard, but you need to start removing things and limiting activities that hold you back ..
And increase and inlude activities that move you towards your goal.
And if you are feeling overwhelmed with this activity, get support. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Smart people don't try to figure things out on their own.
Rewrite your schedule until you find the one which fits you like a glove.
Pimp that schedule and make it sustainable while you can ... or it will come the time that you will "have" to turn it around.
