Did you know that chronic diseases are 95% caused by poor lifestyle choices? So, what’s the “secret”? It’s pretty simple and they all work synonymously together.
1. Create a positive mindset. Stay away from negativity and negative people. Don’t complain.
2. Drink water!!! Eat healthy MOST of the time. Decrease the amount of toxins and processed foods as much as you can.
3. Move. Walk. Exercise. Lift weights. Daily!
4. Invest in a great skincare system and supplementation. Do your research.
5. Stay humble. Live authentic. Show gratitude. Say Thank You.
6. Get regular dental and physical exams.
7. Meditate. Quiet your mind. Become in tune with your mind, body and spirit.
8. Unplug. Turn off the TV/electronics and breath in fresh air.
9. Do things for yourself. Serve others that are unexpected.
10. Find an activity or hobby that engrosses you so much that you forget about your worries because you are so engaged in life.
And that’s how it is in this world, boy. Start a tale, just a little tale that should fade and die—take your eye off it for just a moment and when you turn back it’s grown big enough to grab you up in its teeth and shake you. That’s how it is. All our lives are tales. Some spread, and grow in the telling.
