Looking into the weekend like 🤩
The first week of this new program is almost done! 😅 only 5 weeks to go! But seriously, these 20 minute workouts are so brutal.. like dripping with sweat by the halfway mark. They’re no joke. I’m excited to see where I’m at by the end of this bootcamp 💪🏻😎
Today I’ve got to myself, and I’m gonna do some planning and figuring out this whole life thing.
I’m very much still looking for a few people who want Holistic nutritional advice and a meal plan, etc. I’m planning on making a post with more details, but if you’re interested before I post it (within the next few days) send me a message! I’ll happily give you deets!! .
Like I said in my previous post, I need to utilize my education, but I feel the need to refresh my brain first, so I’m offering a DISCOUNT price for the first 5 or so people who need some assistance with digestion issues, hormone imbalances, etc. .
Message me anytime with questions! .
Happy Friday! 🍟
We made it to Hump Day! Started this morning with an early coffee date with hubby❤️ It’s the little things that bring joy and happiness to us every day🙏🏼

******************************* Watching through the window as the sun rises. Me and Aliyah love to wake up early, our day usually start at 7 a.m. One of our favorite morning activities is to observe how the life outside is born – the sun rises, people start to ambulate along the streets and cars buzz.
What are your favorite morning activities?
// Rising with the sun, at Raj Bhavan.
In early December, a dear friend @dawipperfurth visited me for some days, and we embarked upon some interesting adventures together.
One of such intrepid ones, was waking in the early hours of dawn, and making our way to The Raj Bhavan to watch the sunrise.
Nestled in the midst of the sylvan forest of Malabar Hill, at the far end of the land, surrounded with sea on three sides, is a nineteenth century heritage bungalow, The Governors’ Residence. Sprawled across fifty acres of trees, the Raj Bhavan makes one travel in time, to a Bombay of the seven islands.
Curious about its history and topography, we took the 6am tour, journeying through the private roads and forest greens encompassing the area, learning about stories in the time of British Raj, and everything that has been, since.
Walking through the banquet hall, the peacock garden, the war bunkers under stone hills, and pausing at the courtyard where we watched the sun rise from behind the cityscape, over the Arabian Sea.
The highlight being, a meeting with the Governor himself, learning the histories of Raj Bhavan from his years of service, and finally, reciting the National Anthem looking up at the Indian flag, hoisted at the house gates.
It is beautiful, unraveling parts of the city that is home, and sharing the experience with those close to the heart.
The lush greenery within the royal premises, stirs with an allure of a forest in the midst of a bustling city.
Here, at the edge of Bombay, looking out at the sea on all sides, encompassed by jade trees and seamless waters, time stands still, and the city blurs into a forgotten dream.
// As one wakes to fire, the night-stained dawn slowly rises.
Breathing, beating, becoming, Gold.
In the early hours of dawn, many moons ago, I woke to a blazing sky. In the midst of sleep, bleary eyed, a flaming orange seeped into my room through the gaps of my blinds, luring me to wake, and feel the fire of the morning sun.
And here it was, a sky of dreams. All fire and light. Rising like a firebird, from the night’s blackness.
Blazing. Breathing. Beating. Becoming.
The scarlet of desire. The crimson of passion. The firegold of love. The violet of longing. The deepblue of pain. The jade of lust.
The amethyst of belonging.
Lights turned yellow in the windows, as cityfolk rose with the sun, watching, waiting, wishing.
A silence laced with sweetened stillness enveloped the air. Birdsong at a distance. Winter winds bringing the news of the world. Winter dew, on leaves stirring.
A wild freshness scented the air.
Crisp. Calm. Still. Morning mist.
And a haze that holds, secrets of the evening before.
A crescent moon hangs low, slowly fading.
A deep orange sun flares, boldly rising.
And the city is Art, painted with pain of love,
where the sky bleeds crimson fire, night turns to light, the moon becomes the sun, and the sea breathes the blues of desire.
I set a goal for 2019 that I wanted to set my alarm 2 hours earlier than normal, so I could get a head start on my day. So far, I’ve seen the sunrise 7 out of the 9 days.
Being in a routine feels AHHMAZING.💖🤩 #2019Goals#WatchingTheSunrise#WorkingOnMeForMe
I think this might be the definition of bliss: coming home from a cold run to wrap up in a heated blanket with my coffee for some quiet time and watching the sun come up. Aaahhhhhh. 🌅
Is it socially appropriate to walk around wrapped up in a heated blanket? Asking for a friend 😜
What were you doing as the sun was coming up this morning?? These guys got their workout done and dusted by just after 6.30am - what a start to the week on such a beautiful morning 👌
