Now, we know that you guys are trying to stick to your New years resolution of eating well so we're here to help.
We're giving you all the options and inspo you need to hang on to your #intentions. Even if you've fallen off the wagon we'll help you get right back up 🤗
Breakfast, lunch and snacking options.
For Breakfast we have organic rolled "overnight" oats.
Simply add 1/3 cup of oats 1 cup of the milk of your choice, maple syrup, vanilla extract and seeds of your choice (we like chia and flax seeds). Mix well in a bowl and store in a mason jar overnight. When the morning rolls around you'll have your oats ready to go. Its great after a hard workout or you simply need something quick and easy in the morning.

Instead of caving and buying the faster option and regretting it later, take a deep breath, go to the kitchen and make yourself some pasta that won't make you feel bad. **Recipe**
1 cup of roughly chopped Kale
×1 small onion thinly sliced
×2 cloves of garlic crushed or sliced
3 cups of pasta - Allow 6 cups of water to come to a boil before adding pasta.
(Add a tablespoon of olive oil to prevent pasta from sticking together) -Once water comes to a boil lightly salt and add pasta.
Cooking time approximately 8-12 mins *In a sautee pan
-drizzle the oil of your choice and add sliced cloves of garlic to brown.
-as the garlic starts to brown add onions to the pan.
-as the onions become translucent add the roughly chopped Kale to the pan.
-Allow the Kale to wilt before adding pasta.
-Turn off the heat and add salt and black pepper to taste *Feeds roughly 4-6 persons

Hope you’re having a great day! Lunch today is a Veggie Tuna Stuffed Avocado with cucumbers and arugula salad with apples, walnuts and feta cheese crumbles. I dressed the salad with red wine vinegar and EVOO and the recipe for the veggie tuna is here 👇🏻👇🏻
1 5oz can wild albacore tuna.
1 tablespoon red onion finely chopped.
2 tablespoons tomato, diced.
1 tablespoon carrot, finely chopped.
1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley.
1 tablespoon non-peril capers.
1-2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil.
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Drain and squeeze the water from the tuna and add to a bowl. Flake the tuna and add the remaining ingredients. Mix well and season to taste as desired. #zestmylemon
