What would you consider a healthy way to start your day? Walk yourself through your day. When are you working? Who are you working with? What are you working on? How are you protecting yourself from interruptions? What are your accomplishments? Picture colors around you, smells, feelings. .
Feel the feelings you want to have in your day- 💕 .
Let’s keep going—
What was dinner like? What are your evening activities like? What is your sleep routine like? How to you wind down? How do you create ease and quite the mind from the day?
As you map this out, you can see the structure needed to create and facilitate your ideal days. Write this down in crystal clear detail. 📝 “I will always journal the first 10 min after I wake up” “I will start my day with a healthy protein smoothie.” 😯What happens if you slip up and make a mistake on your “perfect day”? 😧
Refuse to yell at yourself when you mess up. Focus on the present moment and move forward. 🤗 👀 Watch your terminology around starting something new and sticking to a program. “I try” means I’ll do it until I don’t feel like it any more. “I will” The essence of a vow=to be 100% committed, even though we are not 100% perfect. “I always use the present moment to be healthy”
We go to the gym and understand there is a purpose to feel the physical pain. To grow muscles, improve cardiovascular health.
The purpose of mental pain aka shame and guilt- to alert you to a problem in the environment. You don’t want to get involved in the negative down spiral. Release negative feelings, refocus and keep going!

During a particularly hard day today, I found (find) myself spiraling down into the rabbit hole of sadness, anger and overwhelm.
As I hung out in my this hole of my own making, I realized how many people had called me, texted me and reached out. Knowing that today was going to be challenging, no matter what. I find myself feeling so grateful for the family and friends that took the time and sent their love to me. It all really matters so much. 💕🙏🏼 While it doesn’t solve my challenges. I am choosing to live in a space of gratitude as I head to bed, knowing that I am deeply loved and cared for. One’s thoughts can change everything.
Years ago I sat down and thought about what my average day would look like if I got to choose.
The answer was so simple and clear.
I would wake up grateful for each day.
I would meditate for about an hour or so.
I would read something inspirational.
I would jump in a vehicle that I enjoy driving and head to my office to do work that I’m absolutely passionate about.
I would podcast regularly.
I would make money around the clock on the Internet.
I would be surrounded by people that I enjoy.
I would own my own company.
I would fall in love all over again with my lover.
I would have a great relationship with my two boys.
And I’m proud to say that my life today looks exactly like that.
#Master One Single Area - Do it all over until you know your craft - Be The Best - Believe In You - Be Patience (nothing comes in a day or 2) frustrating can be sometimes - Keep Grinding (it will happen one way or another) that's the game) . Have a #Plan - Execute (dont think too much) . #Action keeps you moving. #Decision are to be made fast (otherwise you fall asleep at the light with a green on it). Speak to yourself the #GOAL you want to achieve every day. #Visualize it in your mind. It is now that happen. It takes time for the physical equivalent to manifest.
