This authentic Chinese restaurant serves Yunnan cuisine from Southwestern China and they are very well-known for its noodle soups (Crossing-the-bridge noodles) of which there are six different varieties to choose from and one of them is vegetarian. The noodles and the set of ingredients are served separately from the gigantic bowl of hot broth because you have to mix it before you eat it. I had the seafood one and oh man this noodle dish was so perfect for the cold weather, the soup is really flavorful, aromatic and spicy (I added chili oil to make it a bit spicy), fresh seafood and vegetables, and toasted walnuts make a perfect match. Literally the best Seafood Noodle Soup is at Kantstraße 🍜 *Werbung weil Verlinkung
Good morning from Berlin! I usually try to find new angles to cover Berlin but there are also some places that I cover over and over again, trying to make an even better shot of them every time. This is one of the examples: the look-up at Alexanderplatz, one of the Berlin classics. How do you like it? Any feedback is much appreciated! I wish you all a happy Sunday!
