*LONG POST!* Happy Saturday Friends! If you’re new here, you may not know that I’m due with our second baby girl in 3 short weeks! And for those who know me personally, know that I had Thea 4 weeks early... so I could pop any day now!😅 I definitely worked myself into labor last time around, and as much of the people pleaser I am, I told myself I wouldn’t do it this time around!
So here’s the plan! I will be listing this adorable [but very limited quantity] floral donated to me by @northernabbeyhandmade And this solid white cotton!
I’m aiming to have them up by 3pm EST!
ONE WEEK from today [Saturday January 26th @ 12:00PM EST] I will be closing the shop up for a short maternity leave.
Though I don’t have a re-opening date as of now, I promise as soon as we adjust to a family of 4 the shop will re-open!
Please note: everything in the shop is RTS, which means bows will be shipping within 1 business day!
I think that’s all! I will still be active on instagram post shop closure, but if you’d like to follow me along on a more personal level, head on over to @raisingmydearest 💗

Remember our rabbit friend from last week? Well, the tiny coat I sewed for him was not something that I was proud of. Was it ok? Sure but when I looked at it, I was disappointed. So I whipped up a new one. And I'm really pleased with how it turned out. Sewn from felted wool, it has allllllllll the texture+whimsical storybook qualities it needs. It took more time +money than it should have but I want every hoop+dolly+whatever else that leaves my hands to be heart+soul quality. 💕✨
Ps. The rabbit that is modeling the new coat-- I drew his face on the wrong side. 🤦🤦
Life is too short to be in a war with yourself. You are you and that’s beautiful. You don’t have flaws, only perfect imperfections.
Your skin is not oily, it’s glowing.
Your don’t have stretch marks, you have fierce tiger stripes.
Your legs are not fat, they are strong.
You don’t have ugly moles, you have beauty marks.
It’s about embracing what we have and what makes us unique. ♥️
