I remember writting something way back on how to persue happiness but now I feel like we need to stop chasing this illogical goal of where one day all our doubts will magically dissapear and there will only be a permenant happiness. Apparently many perceive happiness as a utopia of mind (including me previously), the perception of permanent happiness is irrational as there are only temporary moments of joy. And so are temporary moments of sadness. Without every emotion we have, there will not be growth. Face the fact, there is never going to be a point where you will only be happy all the time so we need to learn to live life in the moment and just appreciate it for what it is. All the sad moments and all the happy ones too!
So I found the most gorgeous large 1970s Italian Sebino talking doll yesterday!
She has her original Sebino Italian wool coat on , it’s a stunning 🍑 colour.
1960s and 70s dolls are another one of my faves to find and collect.
There faces are just so cute!!! She did not look like this when I found her though! Swipe left too see!
I had to work my magic hard on this beauty 👌 #vintagedoll#italiandoll#sebinodoll#1970sdoll#dollcollector
Check out this RARE, RARE, RARE Ginger walker doll and book set from 1957, just listed in my shops! As you know, I have BA degrees in both art and writing and doll and book sets are close to my heart. All mine sold out last year and this is the first one I’ve listed for this holiday season! #ateliermandaline
Tnt #skipperdoll was at one point my fave #barbiedoll to collect, but since my #sindydoll and #tammydoll frenzy took over, I seldom take them out much which is a shame! So one of my Facebook groups had the theme for the #vintagebarbie outfit “all spruced up” this week so I thought it good cause to take them out again, the green outfit is called town toggs 😍
