Sorry we have been so MIA here, we’ve both been so busy getting g ready to go away. I’m presenting at the Laser and Health Academy Symposium in Slovenia in a few days- ekkk!! Then a nice little break in Paris. Make sure you watch our stories, I’ll be sure to keep you updated.
So this green curry is what we made for meal prep this week. Oh my gosh- it was incredible!! I made the green curry sauce with baby spinach as the base and added lots of spices. It was honestly that good... but I forgot to write the recipe. So I’m just going to have to make it again so I can share it with you all. What’s your favourite cold weather food?

I am so excited in just 4 days my seed sprouted. I have cherry tomatoes, tomatoes, basil, kale, cucumber, and lettuce. I can't wait until they get big enough to transfer to the Tower Garden! Get yours now! Comment how below!

What I said to my sister-in-law while eating this meal: “I’m fully aware that I eat weird food, but this is SO GOOD!!!”

I feel like my belongings are spread out all over the world. Last night I wanted to make some falafel from a box mix that I bought a while back, but I couldn’t find it. Then I remembered I had lugged it all the way to China in the extra space we had in our suitcases! Thankfully we had some frozen VEGGIE BURGERS in the freezer that we enjoyed with leftover BROWN RICE, ROASTED VEGGIES & HUMMUS👌🏼

Two @lindamccartneyfoods veggie sausages, a buttery @bannistersfarm jacket potato (also found these hiding in my freezer - so convenient as they take just 5 mins in the microwave, then I crisped it up in the oven for 10 with the sausages!), some roasted tomatoes, some broccs and some peassssss 🌱✨

Gestern haben wir endlich die Zeit gefunden ins neueröffnete PEP in Neuperlach zu fahren um dort Anja mit ihrem Laden @pauli.kocht zu besuchen 🤗 Hier gibt’s nicht nur ihre eigenen tollen Gewürze, sondern auch das gesamte Sortiment von @spice_bar 💚 und ganz zauberhafte Küchenaccessoires 😍 da konnte ich natürlich nicht nein sagen und hab mich gleich mal eingedeckt 🙈😂
