It’s so hard to find decent vegetarian sweets that are at a reasonable price. My sister recommended these Wunder-land sweets and I’m not going to lie- they were gross (even though I kept eating them 🙄). I also haven’t had marshmallows in years so I picked these up and I love them, they’re small enough to use in a hot chocolate 😋. Приехали мы в частный дом к родственникам. А там нас на цепи встречает лаем Бим. Он охраняет дом, приехали чужие люди, все правильно.
Но когда мы его гладили, он просто смотрел на нас ангельским взглядом, таким милым, что прям в ❤
А как только все зашли в дом, он стал громко скулить, да так жалобно, что мое сердце чуть не разорвалось..
Мне на столько сильно стало его жалко. Он бедный сидит целыми днями на цепи. На цепи!! Боже, бедный песик. А сколько таких собак. И ведь я не пылаю особой любовью к животным, мне просто до боли их жаль. И я разревелась, представляете, просто начала реветь!!! Ааа, жесть. Такое было впервые. Удержаться было для меня краем всех моих возможностей.
Но папа с сестрой не долго думая, взяли Бима, поводок, меня подхватили и все вместе пошли гулять. Как он бегал, так носился😍 сложно объяснить, сколько радости было в его огромных, как мир, глазах за время нашей прогулки!
А после, как мы уже собрались уезжать, начали прощаться с хозяевами, он не хотел нас отпускать, обнимал, лизал и скулил, жалобно умоляя остаться.
Какой же умный пёс! Какое доброе у него сердце❤ и это первая собака, которая смогла меня так поразить.

Vegan soul soup. A nice warm, nutrient rich miso soup for your soul and body.
Boil brown rice and mushrooms in water with a dash of salt (I had button mushrooms and Agrocybe Cylindracea mushrooms-can get at Asian Supermarket) until brown rice is soft. Add in celery, Napa cabbage, and zucchini. Then add tofu and kale. Season w/ miso (I used white miso), salt, ginger powder, and a little vegetarian oyster sauce. Doing a lot of meal prepping this week because I’ve magically found myself very busy this week. I am pretty much good for the rest of the week lunch wise. I think one of the downsides to meal prep can be the thought of eating the same thing day in and day out. If I’m ever meal prepping, I keep that in mind and plan to either make two separate dishes to alternate between or make enough of a variation between the meals to keep me interested (change out sides or sauces, etc). 🥣
One meal prep meal I made this week provided me three servings to take throughout the week. This is an orange Chickpea and Veggie stir fry with jasmine rice. Kept the ingredients minimal but nutritious throughout the cooking process. 👏🏽
Orange Chickpea & Veggie Stirfry
1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
1/4 red onion, roughly chopped
1/2 zucchini, sliced and quartered
1 cup roasted broccoli
1/2 naval orange
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp ginger powder
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp cornstarch
2 tbsp water 🙏🏽
On a baking sheet, add broccoli and chopped zucchini and bake at a 400F oven for 10-15 minutes. While that roasts, prepare sauce by combining soy sauce, maple syrup, juice of half the orange, add whisk until no clumps remain. Add onions to a pan and cook to soften, about 3 minutes. Add in chickpeas and top with sauce. In a small bowl, combine cornstarch and water and pour into stir fry. Allow mixture to cook for 1-2 minutes or until sauce thickens . Remove from heat and serve as desired.❤️
