.... y esta fue la receta ganadora y aunque me muero por darle la receta de las galletas de calabaza (auyama), lo prometido es deuda.
Aquí les dejo este postre que estoy segura será la adición de muchos por lo fácil de preparar, lo delicioso y sobre todo por lo económico... Le digo PUDÍN de Avena por su textura sedosa, más densa que un flan pero igualmente suave, un postre sin azúcar, con frutas, sin gluten y hasta una alternativa vegana...
PUDÍN DE AVENA.
80 gramos de Avena en hojuelas
1/2 litro de leche descremada o vegetal
1 Cambur grande (banana)
1 cucharada de chia (opcional)
Frutas de tu preferencia (Yo use fresas y un kiwi ).
Pon a hervir a fuego medio-bajo la leche con la avena, sin dejar de remover hasta que espese. Retira del fuego y deja reposar hasta que enfríe por completo. En la licuadora agrega el cambur, la avena ya fría y licúa hasta obtener una mezcla homogénea... y ya ! 🍨sirve en envases individuales y agrega las frutas de tu elección cortadas en cubitos. #voilá

💭Some advice on how to adopt a growth mindset instead of a fixed mindset:
1️⃣Learn to hear your "fixed mindset voice": for example it would say "you can't do this, you will fail and then you will be a failure."
2️⃣Recognize that you have a choice: switch the voice from "I can't" to "I can", see the situation as a chance to expand your abilities.
3️⃣Talk back with a growth mindset voice: so when your first instinct is to say: "I am going to fail", answer with "I will learn from my mistakes, and most successful people had failures along the way. If it were easy, everyone would have/do it."
4️⃣Take the growth mindset action. It's your choice which voice you listen to, so you can actually train your mind to always believe in growth and a positive outcome.
And should you fail, always remember it beats not trying at all, you automatically fail. And where's the dignity in that? .

Some compound exercises include squats, deadlifts and lunges. For a more effective session start your workout with these sorts of exercises and follow with isolation movements to burn out the muscle 🏋🏻♀️

~awk physique update #3~ 👻
so i’ve been in france for officially a month now!! my routine has definitely been a lot less structured than i’m used to, but i haven’t really noticed much of a change in my body. i went from going to the gym on average 6 times a week to about 3. i’m also eating out a lot more regularly bc that’s the most exciting part about visiting new cities for me. anyways, i came up with some tips for staying fit while traveling based on my experience so far:
✨map out & research gyms near your location before you go: i did not do this but i wish i did lol. luckily i found one near me that didn’t have sign up fees or contracts, so i was able to get a membership for the 2 months i will be living here. i would highly suggest looking into before you go, especially if it’s a country where you don’t speak the language. if you plan (unlike my dumbass) you can find out things like prices, contract info, etc. with the help of the lovely google translator instead letting language barriers cause that information to become 100x harder to figure out.:-)
✨walk as much as possible: not only will this help you burn some calories, but it will also help you learn your way around! when i ride in cars, etc. i tend to disappear into the world of social media to kill time and not pay attention to the route itself, but when i walk i have to constantly pay attention bc ya gal doesn’t particularly have a natural sense of direction. (east and west are trigger words for me)
✨change up your workout split: so since i’m working out less i’ve sort of had to combine muscle groups. i wanted to keep two leg days so the third day i do a combination of upper body exercises. i try to stick to the basics (chest press, rows, shoulder press) and then throw in some bicep and tricep movements for a super set. .
✨bring a large reusable water bottle with you: so water fountains aren’t really a thing in france from what i’ve seen, there isn’t even one at the gym. if you’re trying to stay hydrated and not into buying 5 water bottles a day, i would suggest bringing a decent sized reusable one to carry with you.
