Being a vegan does not mean I can't lift as heavy as a meat eater. That's a straight damn lie. .
I lifted as a meat eater for 2years and my results now as a vegan aren't even comparable. I was doing the "bro diet" and everything. I was dragging ass all day long and could barely get through a workout. Now as a vegan, I have 10x more energy than before and lifting 10x heavier than before. It's insane. . . .

So.... Is Just Egg everything that's it cracked up to be?? Well, I can tell you that it tastes JUST like EGG for those that are concerned with that. Personally, it doesn't matter to me as I just like good tasting food :) I am sure many of you're wondering about the price. I paid $7.99 at Wegman's and others have paid up to $9.99 in Philly and some 'only' $5.99 at Giant. I understand business and understand all the research etc etc, but even $5.99 seems high for what you get.
When you look at the pictures here it really isn't much as far as quantity and I used almost the entire bottle. That same pan I fill up with scrambled up tofu to make, yes, Tofu Scramble :) The cost for that is like $2. Honestly, I LOVE the taste of tofu scramble.
Yes, the ingredients are very good. Yes, the process in creating this does not harm animals.
BUT, I am always thinking ahead and always thinking of the future peeps wanting to change to a plant based diet. They will definitely think this is outrageous. I feel pretty confident that your non-vegans/non-plant based peeps who are looking to change what they put in their mouths will not opt for Just Egg solely based on price like they do a meat substitute like Beyond Burger, Field Roast or Gardein. Fairly certain they may just have egg whites instead or hopefully try tofu scramble :) Overall: Thumbs up for taste Thumbs down on price
ALL IMHO so don't flip out if you don't agree. haha. I just don't think this is going to be around long term as many of the new up and coming vegans/plant based peeps are very young and this is most likely out of the majorities price range.

Light weight, high reps, controlled movements on today's menu. 6 exercises total, 4-5 sets, 12-15 reps #done and finished with 30 min of incline walking for cardio...still hate cardio.

I was beefing up trying to get big and eating lots of animal protein
I started to have muscles cramps/spasms on my left side real bad that would last for a few minutes and had a bad one that scared me.
Went to doctor thinking hernia but they saw nothing
Went to gastro thinking it was internal organs and they said nothing
Someone mentioned to me it could be internal diet and check out @wthfilm
Figured what did I have to lose so watched it. So much resonated with me so I started my #plantbaseddiet
I had stopped working out during my issues, and then followed by a big move got out of shape.
With things more settled down and being plant based for just over a year I’m ready to get back into shape and help educate others on easy plant based is.

The very beginning of lentil patties. 🥰🌱 So, I began eating a wfpb diet earlier this year. I made the transition for health reasons. Don’t get me wrong, I was delighted about the ethical and environmental ramifications of my decision. But to be honest, the number one reason I finally decided to make the change was my health. Well, last night I watched the documentary ‘Earthlings’. Well, I watched the first 45 minutes and then I had to turn it off. I was too upset. I do plan on watching the whole thing, but I just couldn’t do it last night. Wtaf? That was devastating. Health or not, I will never be going back to my old way of eating. I cried again in the car on the way to work this morning. I can’t get the images out of my head. I just want to go home and hug my dog & cat. I definitely recommend that everyone watches this documentary. Enjoying the journey to better health is equally if not more important than enjoying the destination. Search only for health/fitness results and you will always feel lack. I don’t believe it’s all about blood sweat and tears. I think getting fit/healthy can be fun—I think this because it has been for me. When you stop eating animals, you feel serenity that is inexplicable in words, but your body notices it & your heart too. The cold of last weekend, I was one day sleeping and without taking anything, only ginger and good hydration, zero medications I cured myself super fast ...3days! This picture I did on sunday I ran 12km!
In a vegan fair, I heard a vegan mother said; if you have to take an antibiotic in an important situation, I Will take if not nothing! And I add, the medicinal herbs & the food is key so that our body & mind are in harmony! The sport is the KING medicine shhh my secret!& Practise meditation & Practice meditation & think more about others than yourself!

This big bowl of banana & coconut nice cream paired with a steaming cup of strong coffee was absolutely divine on this frigid December morning. For reasons unbeknownst to me, nice cream only sounds appealing to me on days when the temperature of the frozen fruit equates to that of the outside. Anyone else? 🍌

🤦🏻♀️ Story time...I woke up this morning and was running late (again) to the gym and couldn’t find my car keys. I decide maybe I had left them in the car and so I search for my spare key for 20 minutes. I eventually find it and go out to my car, only to find that the spare key DOESN’T WORK!! (It was just the fob, not actual key). I stand at my car window, staring at my beloved keys that are staring back at me from the drivers seat. *Why me why and I can’t go to the gym now sigh* I call my mom to bring me my spare eventually and try to accept all the events that just transpired without scolding myself too hard(yay i tried!) then I go into my gym bag to look for my contact lens case cause I had been planning on putting them in after my workout. I can’t find them so I’m like AaGH whatever I’ll just OPEN A NEW PAIR . And then I put on my shoes and feel something in them and it’s my contact lens case. 🙄Ok goodbye done with u Thursday .

I want to touch base on the topic of making healthy choices whilst traveling as so many of you asked about this. For me, food is all about balance. I am trying to eat mainly healthy but since Bali and LA are amazing places for vegans, I also made some not-so-healthy choices here and there.🍦👅 .
Especially in LA, I didn’t necessarily stick to all my usual routines like getting enough sleep and moving my body daily. I would indulge with friends and just enjoy myself. I gained body fat and didn’t care at all. Life is about balance and you don’t have to be in your best shape all the time. .
Back home, I‘m back in my routines now and feel the best I have ever felt in my life. Don’t stress yourself out about having a lil fun and not being at 100 all the freaking time. Life is too short, ok?🎈
Now go and enjoy this beautiful journey we are on, make sure to celebrate it‘s highs and lows and never miss out on all the fun along the way.🍿🍬🍫

On the left we have dried mango and on the right we have dried mango. Obviously eating the fruit in it’s natural form is better, It’s still a great snack and really convenient. The difference here is the one on the left has only 1 ingredient, mango. The one on the right has added sugar, and other additives that just don’t need to be there. As always make sure to check the ingredients when you buy foods like this, and stay healthy!✌🏻

Although I have SO MUCH to say I won’t write an essay about it 🌱
Instead I just want to point out that ever since I switched to a plant based diet , I’ve lost a LOT of weight, I have a LOT more energy, I have a LOT more mental clarity, I sleep a LOT better, my skin has become a LOT clearer, and I feel a LOT younger! 🌱
The best part about all this, is I eat a LOT more than I ever did! 🌱
