#matchamondays flashback to when I was in Tokyo last year @cafekitsune and had one of the best iced matcha lattes that I’ve had ( #ofcourseonlyinjapan) and the matcha pound cake. The cake was super buttery and had so many flavors in one. Wish I knew what each layer was 🤷🏻♀️, all I know is that it was delicious.
Food of NYC!! #vacationfoodie#nycfood#yummy (Boomer’s Special with Apple pancakes from Friend of a Farmer, Scones and tea from Alice’s Teacup, Red Velvet Hot Chocolate from Martha’s Country Bakery, Chicken 52 bowl from Pondicheri, Hot Chocolate from Facebook and Corn Bread with apple compote from Friend of a Farmer)
The housemade seaweed butter and baguette from @huguettebistro was exactly what I needed from my first meal in Paris! The butter had flecks of seaweed and was seasoned just right, other than the seaweed... it’s hard to describe all the umami that I was liberally spreading on my pieces of bread. So. Good.
Hugette Bistro De La Mer in Saint Germaine des pres area of the 6th was one of the places I had bookmarked since I booked my trip. It totally satisfied my Parisienne Bistro checklist. We got moules frites and large selection of fresh seafood. The juices from the plump mussels went perfectly with the hot fries, oysters were briny and perfect and the langostine was so juicy and sweet.
VEGGIE POKE BOWLZ = my favorite vaca lunch 🍴came across the cutest little poke shack at our hotel 🤗 can’t wait to dig in (obvi brought my @ggfiber on the side) 👅 // got seaweed, cucumber salad, tofu, ginger, and little bit of 🥑💋
