This Cenote has not been photographed too often, you may not find many or any images online; especially with underwater model work. This made the location attractive to me, I love working in new locations where very few have done similar work in the past.
Here our good friend Chucho from @kooxadventure got us a day pass from his friend who owns the Cenote. This location is incredible, I will post more photos from here to showcase the beauty of the place. A huge open entrance which we have to descend a lot of stairs to enter the water level, then a 60M deep Cenote. With trees stretching their roots from the ground level some 20M or so above us down to the water it really is a sight to behold.
The white light behind the tree roots is actually Chucho our safety diver/lighting guy for the day :). He is doing a great job of creating light through the tree roots.
To be critical of this shot - I had to get low so I could show the tree roots above the water line, in order to achieve this I am in a lower position than I would like. That said, I get away with it because of the pose being horizontal :) Model: @mermaid_kat

Snorkeling at night off our beach, I came across several baby octopuses, fire worms feeding or mating (?), many anemones and lobsters walking around, under the moonlight. Island TV at #offthewallbelize 🎥by @offthewallbelize
Aye my inner videographer is back! I’ve put together a short video of some of my best dive footage from the Maldives - there was around 8hrs of it and I’ve condensed it into 3 minutes! I’m still working on my editing skills so don’t expect a Hollywood movie, but rather just a glimpse of the treasures you can see beneath the waves in South Ari Atoll 😁🦈 Let me know what you think! The link is in bio ❤️
