💁🏻How do I stay in top shape 365 days a year?
When my clients ask me that question, my answer is always:
I never diet.
I eat REAL food.
I eat every 3 hours.
I follow my #SLS program.
And I never ever deprive myself.
Here's s typical day of eating:
Breakfast: 3 egg whites + sweet potato porridge w/ grilled pineapple and #glutenfree granola 🍍
AM snack: watermelon 🍉
Lunch: chicken hummus lettuce cups w/ peppers and carrots and baked 4oz of sweet potato. 🍠
PM snack: green juice + PB with celery sticks.🍯 Dinner: chicken stir fry with snow peas, carrots and Brussels sprouts.
Dessert: my famous no cook 3 ingredients #vegan chocolate truffle 🍫
