When you are struggling with a problem, there's so many possibilities of things that could be wrong.....but then you don't want to undo the things you're doing right. People can get in to overwhelm with so many options.
The beauty of coaching and understanding the movements is looking for that small tweek that unlocks everything else. For #muaythai the majority of issues come down to #footwork and #balance
Then I look at #hips and #sagital#twist (the load and unload sequence).
Then finally head alignment and shoulder twist.
