👉🏻 I’ve had a DAY today y’all. Woke up and tried to back my phone up to my computer THREE times. It took 3 1/2 hours. So I couldn’t work all morning and then had to run to the Apple store so they could fix my phone! I walked around the mall for 2 1/2 hrs while they fixed my screen 😺 Got home and was so tired but I got ready and hit the gym anyways! Today taught me that I have 0 patience and I realllly should work on that. Anyways, if you are super sore, tired, or mentally drained, GO TO THE GYM ANYWAYS. I promise you will feel so much better after you workout! Here are some exercises from my shoulder workout today!👇🏼
