All I can say about my new training program is Holy Shit.
Today’s workout was just a glimpse of what the next many months have in store and I can not wait.
This shit is gonna be epic ladies and gentlemen.
You hear so many people say that they want to get in shape. Plenty of people shout "This is my year!" Yet the gym is always empty on Friday nights
Stop using the weekend as an excuse to put your goals on hold
The longer you put them on hold, the worse you'll feel
Invest your time wisely

A great way to end your leg workout is to finish with ankle weights. Donkey kicks, fire hydrants, squat to lateral leg lift.. so many options to get that booty 🍑 poppin! .
I was feeling tired and not very motivated today.. but @mcarpin15 pushed me through my workout. And sometimes we need that PUSH 🌟 .

I wish more people spoke about this #transformation. Going from shredded looking like a 💀 to being soft and still HEALTHY because you need both to attain your goal. I wasn’t even competing in the left pic that’s just how obsessed I was with finding and pushing my limits🤪😎.
I knew I had to suck it up and put on some weight and yeah as a young woman being 5ft gaining some weight so I can put on some muscle was mentally challenging but I knew what had to be done and I did it. Ladies and gentlemen suck it up! If you adjust YOUR goals based on others OPINIONS then you need to reevaluate some things. Respect > Likes. #BossBabes#StrongIsSexy#InAllShapes
